తిరుపతిలో నిర్మాణంలో ఉన్న శ్రీ పద్మావతీ చిన్నపిల్లల సూపర్ స్పెషాలిటీ ఆసుపత్రి నూతన భవన నిర్మాణాన్ని నిర్ణయించిన గడువులో పూర్తి చేయాలని టిటిడి జేఈవో (వైద్యం & విద్య) డా. ఎ. శరత్ సంబంధిత అధికారులకు ఆదేశించారు. శుక్రవారం ఆయన అధికారులతో కలిసి నిర్మాణ పనుల పురోగతిని పరిశీలించారు.


ఈ సందర్భంగా జేఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ, ప్రతి ఫ్లోర్‌లో ఒక గదిని మోడల్ యూనిట్‌గా అభివృద్ధి చేసి, ఆ గదిలో ఇంజనీరింగ్, ఎలక్ట్రికల్, ఫైర్ సేఫ్టీ, మెడికల్ ఎక్విప్‌మెంట్ తదితర సదుపాయాలను సమగ్ర ప్రణాళికతో ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని సూచించారు. అన్ని గదుల్లో ఆమోదిత లేఅవుట్‌కు అనుగుణంగా మౌలిక వసతులు కల్పించాలన్నారు.


పెండింగ్ పనులను సంబంధిత విభాగాలు సమన్వయంతో వేగవంతంగా పూర్తి చేయాలని, ప్రతి గదిలో రోగి సేవలకు అవసరమైన మెడికల్ మరియు సపోర్ట్ సదుపాయాలు నిర్దిష్ట ప్రమాణాల ప్రకారం ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. అవసరమైతే ప్రముఖ ఆసుపత్రులలో అమలులో ఉన్న ఉత్తమ పద్ధతులపై నివేదికలు సేకరించి అమలు చేయాలని సూచించారు.


అనంతరం నూతన భవనంలోని 6 అంతస్తుల గదులు, పై అంతస్తులో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన హెలిప్యాడ్‌ను పరిశీలించి పలు సూచనలు చేశారు. అనంతరం ఆసుపత్రి సమీపంలో అధికారులతో సమావేశమై నిర్మాణ పనుల పురోగతిపై సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు.


ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో సిఈ శ్రీ టి.వి. సత్యనారాయణ, ఆసుపత్రి డైరెక్టర్ డా. ఎన్. శ్రీనాథ్ రెడ్డి, ఎస్.ఈలు శ్రీ మనోహరం, శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర్లు, డిఈ శ్రీమతి సరస్వతి, డిప్యూటీ ఈఈ శ్రీ హర్షవర్థన్ రెడ్డి తదితర అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Relief for NRI MBBS Students-Fees Limited to 4½ Years Proposals to be Placed Before SVIMS Executive Body

 



A key decision has been taken to provide relief to NRI


MBBS students studying at SVIMS – Sri Padmavathi Women’s Medical College, Tirupati. It has been decided to collect tuition fees for 4½ years instead of 5 years for the MBBS course of the 2021–22 batch.


Recently, NRI MBBS students of the 2021–22 batch, along with their parents, met the TTD Executive Officer, Sri M. Ravichandra, and submitted a representation. They stated that since the duration of their MBBS course is only 4½ years, the tuition fees should be collected accordingly. They also pointed out that fees were being collected for 5 years at SVIMS – Sri Padmavathi Women’s Medical College.


After examining the matter and reviewing the guidelines issued by the National Medical Commission on 07-04-2026, the TTD Executive Officer decided that tuition fees for the NRI MBBS course should be collected only for 4½ years.


Steps will be taken to place this decision before the SVIMS Executive Body meeting for discussion and to obtain necessary ratification.


As the 2021–22 batch students are currently in their final year, this decision will be implemented for them with immediate effect. The same policy will also be applicable to future batches.

స్విమ్స్ - శ్రీ పద్మావతీ మహిళా మెడికల్ కాలేజీలో 2021-22 బ్యాచ్ ఎంబీబీఎస్ కోర్సుకు ట్యూషన్ ఫీజులను ఐదు సంవత్సరాలకు కాకుండా 4½ సంవత్సరాలకే వసూలు చేయాలని నిర్ణయించారు. 


2021-22 బ్యాచ్‌కు చెందిన ఎన్‌ఆర్‌ఐ ఎంబీబీఎస్ విద్యార్థులు, వారి తల్లిదండ్రులు ఇటీవల టిటిడి ఈవోను కలిసి తమ కోర్సు వ్యవధి 4½ సంవత్సరాలు మాత్రమే కావడంతో అదే మేరకు ఫీజులు వసూలు చేయాలని టిటిడి ఈవో శ్రీ ఎం.రవిచంద్రకు విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. స్విమ్స్ - శ్రీ పద్మావతీ మహిళా మెడికల్ కాలేజీలో ఎంబీబీఎస్ కోర్సుకు ట్యూషన్ ఫీజులను 5 సంవత్సరాలకు వసూలు చేస్తున్నట్లు వారు వినతి పత్రం సమర్పించారు.


ఈ అంశాన్ని పరిశీలించిన టిటిడి ఈవో, నేషనల్ మెడికల్ కమిషన్ 07-04-2026న జారీ చేసిన నిబంధనలను పరిశీలించి, ఎన్‌ఆర్‌ఐ ఎంబీబీఎస్ కోర్సుకు ఫీజులు 4½ సంవత్సరాలకే వసూలు చేయాలని నిర్ణయించారు.


ఈ నిర్ణయాన్ని అమలు చేసేందుకు స్విమ్స్ ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ బాడీ సమావేశంలో చర్చించి, తగిన ఆమోదం (రాటిఫికేషన్) పొందేందుకు చర్యలు తీసుకోనున్నారు.


ప్రస్తుతం 2021-22బ్యాచ్ విద్యార్థులు చివరి సంవత్సరంలో ఉండటంతో, వారికి 5 సంవత్సరాలకంటే 4½ సంవత్సరాలకే ఫీజులు వర్తింపజేయాలని నిర్ణయించారు. ఇదే విధానం ఇకపై వచ్చే తదుపరి బ్యాచ్‌లకు కూడా అమలు కానుంది.

Hospital Construction Must be Completed within the Stipulated Deadline-TTD JEO

 






TTD JEO (Health & Education) Dr. A. Sharath has directed the concerned officials to complete the construction of the new building of Sri Padmavathi Children’s Super Specialty Hospital in Tirupati within the prescribed deadline. On Friday, he inspected the progress of the construction works along with officials.


On this occasion, the JEO stated that one room on each floor should be developed as a model unit, with comprehensive planning to include engineering, electrical, fire safety, medical equipment, and other facilities. He emphasized that all rooms must be provided with infrastructure according to the approved layout.


He instructed that pending works should be completed quickly in coordination with the respective departments, and that medical and support facilities required for patient services in each room should be arranged according to specific standards. If necessary, reports on best practices being implemented in reputed hospitals should be collected and adopted.


Later, he inspected the six floors of the new building and the helipad arranged on the top floor, offering several suggestions. He then held a review meeting with officials near the hospital to assess the progress of construction works.


CE Sri T.V. Satyanarayana, Hospital Director Dr. N. Srinath Reddy, SEs Sri Manoharam and Sri Venkateswarlu, DE Smt. Saraswati, Deputy EE Sri Harshavardhan Reddy, and other officials participated in the program.

Patra Pushpa Yagam at Sri Kapileswara Swamy Vari Temple on 1st May

 




The Patra Pushpa Yagam festival will be grandly conducted at Sri Kapileswara Swamy Temple in Tirupati on May 1. On the previous evening, April 30 at 6 PM, the Ankurarpana ritual will be performed.


On May 1, from 7 AM to 9 AM, Snapan Tirumanjanam, Maha Poornahuti, and Kalashabhishekam will be performed for the festival deities of Sri Kapileswara Swamy and Sri Kamakshi Ammavaru. During this, sacred substances such as milk, curd, honey, Panchamritam, sugarcane juice, coconut water, vibhuti, turmeric, and sandalwood will be used for the abhishekam.


From 10 AM to 12 noon, the Patra Pushpa Yagam will take place. In this ritual, flowers such as chrysanthemum, oleander, mogali, champak, jasmine, rose, lotus, jasmine, and kanakambaram, along with sacred leaves like bilva, tulasi, and paneer leaves, will be offered to the deities.


In the evening, from 6 PM to 8 PM, the Tiruveedhi Utsavam of Sri Chandrasekhara Swamy and Manmohini Ammavaru will delight devotees.


Temple priests stated that the Patra Pushpa Yagam is performed not only for universal welfare but also to atone for any lapses committed by priests, attendants, officials, and devotees in the temple.
