మే 22నసాయంత్రం 5.30 గంటలనుండి 8 గంటలవరకుఅంకురార్పణంతోబ్రహ్మోత్సవాలుప్రారంభమవుతాయి. మే 23నఉదయం 7.35 గంటలనుండి 8.49గంటలవరకుమిథునలగ్నంలోధ్వజారోహణంనిర్వహించనున్నారు. అదేరోజురాత్రిపెద్దశేషవాహనంపైస్వామివారుభక్తులకుదివ్యదర్శనమివ్వనున్నారు.
ప్రతిరోజూఉదయం 7 నుండి 9 గంటలవరకు, రాత్రి 7 నుండి 9 గంటలవరకునిర్వహించనున్నవాహనసేవలుభక్తిపారవశ్యాన్నిపంచనున్నాయి. ముఖ్యంగామే 27నగరుడవాహనసేవ, మే 30నరథోత్సవంబ్రహ్మోత్సవాలకుఆకర్షణగానిలవనున్నాయి.
TTD reiterated that the SRIVANI online ticket booking system is completely transparent.
The online Srivani ticket system, which was launched in May 2019 in collaboration with TCS, continues to be in operation. Based on requests from devotees, the offline system—where tickets were issued on a day-to-day basis in Tirumala—was modified. Under this revised system, the software has been designed to allocate tickets on a "first-come, first-served" basis to those who access the application first.
Thousands of devotees attempt to secure tickets daily. Consequently, within the first minute and a half of availability, the system locks the tickets for those who accessed the application earliest. Subsequently, tickets are issued to those who successfully complete their payment via the payment gateway. If, for any reason, a payment fails to process, the corresponding tickets returns to the general pool. This process is a standard practice implemented in services such as IRCTC and other government-run advance booking systems.
Human intervention has been completely eliminated from this entire process. The system operates automatically.
It is indeed true that tickets are issued after a delay of ten minutes. This is because the software has been designed to retrieve tickets—and make them available to devotees once again—in instances where TTD does not receive a confirmation message regarding the deposit of funds, whether due to technical glitches at the payment gateway during the transaction or for other reasons.
A qualified person coupled with an extensive 32 years of experience in the IT sector, was appointed solely as the GM (IT) [FAC] (Full Additional Charge) on a stop-gap arrangement.
In the interest of devotee convenience, TTD has completely abolished the use of "auto-filling" and "copy-paste" mechanisms, thereby ensuring equal opportunities for all.
Furthermore, all systems within the TTD undergo an annual audit conducted through AP Technology Services (APTS).
The demonstration of the Srivani ticket booking process, presented by the former TTD Chairman during today's press conference, did not appear to be executed with a complete understanding of the system. During his attempt to book a ticket, he proceeded as far as the payment gateway stage. He subsequently characterized this outcome as a "technical glitch." However, the transaction was rejected at the payment gateway because his account lacked sufficient funds.
Consequently, when he attempted the process again, it was technically registered as a fresh attempt by the system.
By that time, the system had already prioritized other users who were ahead of him in the queue. As a result, he fell behind in the waiting list. Only technological experts know and understand well about these technical nuances.
The details regarding the online quota of various arjita sevas, darshans and accommodation to be released by the TTD for the month of August are as follows:
Srivari Arjitha Seva tickets (Suprabhatam, Thomala, Archana, and Ashtadala Padapadmaradhana Seva) on May 18th at 10AM.
Registration for these Seva tickets via the Electronic Dip system will be open online until 10AM on May 20.
Tickets will be allotted to those who successfully make the payment between May 20 and 12noon on May 22.
TTD will release the online quota for Kalyanam, Unjal Seva, Arjitha Brahmotsavam, and Sahasra Deepalankara Seva tickets on May 21 at 10AM. Similarly, the tickets related to annual Pavitrotsavams (23-08-26 to 25-08-26) will also be released on May 21 at 10AM, while the Virtual Sevas and their corresponding Darshan slots on May 21 at 3PM.
The online quota for Anga Pradakshinam tokens will be released on May 23 at 10 AM and Srivani Trust Darshan tickets at 11AM, for the elderly, differently-abled, and those suffering from chronic illnesses, the at 3PM.
The Special Entry Darshan tickets will be released on May 25 at 10AM and
for accommodation in Tirumala and Tirupati will be released online on the 25th at 3:00 PM.
Devotees are requested to book Srivaru’s Arjitha Sevas and Darshan tickets through the website https://ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in.
