Bionic Hand Launch on 3rd Dec

 


Tirupati, 1 Dec. 20: The latest technological revolution in the field of medicine, the Bionic Hand will be launched in BIRRD hospital on December 3.

 

According to BIRRD Director Dr Madanmohan Reddy, the first of its kind in the Hospital will be inaugurated by TTD Trust Board Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy in the Conference Hall of BIRRD. 

 

This Bionic Hand will help the handless patients to execute their daily routine normally like others.

Chief Pontiff of Subramanya Matha Offered Prayers to Lord Venkateswara

 





Tirumala, 1 Dec. 20: HH Shri Vidyaprasanna Theertharu Swamiji of Shri Subrahmanya Matha., Kukke Subrahmanya, Dakshina Kannada visited Sri Vari Temple, Tirumala on Saturday morning. On his arrival infront of Sri Vari Temple, Temple DyEO Sri Haridranath and Temple Priests welcomed him with Temple Honors and led him to Sanctum Santorium.


Temple Peishkar Sri Jaganmohanacharya, VGO Sri Bali Reddy and others were present.

Dhatri Vishnu Pooja Held

 




Tirumala, 1 Dec. 20: As part of Karthika Masa Deeksha,  Dhatri Vishnu Pooja held at Vasanta Mandapam in Tirumala on Tuesday. 

 

Chief Priest Sri Venugopala Deekshitulu performed the Pooja while Agama Advisor Sri Mohana Rangacharyulu explained the significance of the ritual.

Anil Kumar, who was co-writer and associate director for Rebel Star Prabhas' recent blockbuster film Saaho, made the ad film with mesmerizing visuals and catchy song according to the tastes of current generation.

Rana’s Virataparvam Shooting Resumes

 


Rana and Sai Pallavi starrer Virataparvam is almost wrapped up except for a small schedule. The film’s shoot has resumed and the filming is taking place at night. Rana is also being part of the latest shooting schedule.


Directed by Venu Udugula of Needi Naadi Oke Katha fame, Virataparvam is a unique and content driven film where the lead pair in never seen before roles. D Suresh Babu is presenting the film and Sudhakar Cherukuri of Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas is bankrolling it.

Priyamani, Nanditha Das, Naveen Chandra, Zareena Wahab, Eswari Rao and Sai Chand will be seen in important roles in the film that has music by Suresh Bobbili.

Spiritual Fervour Grips Parade Grounds of TTD

 















Tirupati, 30 Nov. 20: The temple city of Tirupati reverberated to the rhythmic vibrations of mantras rendered by the vedic scholars while the Paraded Grounds of TTD illuminated with the lights emanating from ghee lit lamps lit by hundreds of women devotees under the natural flash of full moon. 

 

The Karthika Maha Deepotsavam programme organized by TTD in Tirupati received huge response from devotees as millions and millions witnessed the fete live on SVBC.

 

HH Sri Vijayendra Saraswathi Swamy of Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham delivered religious discourse on the celestial occasion.

 

After the rendition of community Vishnu Sahasra Nama Parayanam, Sri Maha Lakshmi Shodasa Puja performed. During his religious discourse the Kanchi seer said the event marked Siva Kesava Abedham in the holy month of Karthika. He also elaborated on the importance of Deepa Danam in Hindu Sanatana Dharma and lauded the efforts of TTD authorities in designing the programme. 

 

ASTALAKSHMI DANCE BY SV MUSIC AND COLLEGE A CYNOSURE 

 

The Astalakshmi Vaibhavam damce presented the students of SV College of Music and Dance of TTD captivated the gathering with their awesome performance. 

 

LITTING 720 WICKS DEEPAM

 

The three hour long event concluded with the women devotees litting the 720 wicks of ghee lit lamp and observing Karthika Deepotsavam.
