TTD Eo Review on BIRRD Hospital

 




Tirupati, 09 April 2021:   TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy on Friday directed officials to set up a centralised procurement cell for purchase of medical equipment and Medicines through single agency for BIRRD, SVIMS and central hospitals run by TTD.


Speaking at a review meeting on progress of development activities of the BIRRD hospital at Sri Padmavati Rest House, the TTD EO urged officials to set up help desks and reception cells  besides electronic display boards in BIRRD to transform it into a  patient friendly unit.

He said new rooms  built for in-patients should be commissioned and the artificial limbs unit should be strengthened by completing the purchase of New Equipments.

Dr Jawahar Reddy instructed officials to complete arrangements by end of May to operate the Cath lab and blood banks in BIRRD hospital.

He directed officials to clear the plastic water bottles dumped on Alipiri- Tirumala Road and spread awareness among devotees about them ban on use of plastic bottles.

Since alternative arrangements for Drinkng water is being made at Tirumala, plastic bottles should not be allowed to Tirumala.

Bhashyakarla Utsavam Held

 

 Tirumala, 9 April 2021:The Bhashyakarla utsavam commenced in Tirumala temple on Friday.  


This fete will last for 19 days and conclude on April 27.

As part of fete in the evening, after Sahasra Deepalankara Seva, Bhashyakarlavaru also accompanied deities in the procession around four mada streets.

Siddharth, GV Prakash Kumar's High Octane Action Thriller 'Orey Bamardhi' Teaser Released

 


Siddharth who has made a name for himself as a Lover Boy in many films, and GV Prakash Kumar who has earned a good reputation as a music director have played lead roles in a film 'Orey Bamardhi' directed by Sasi who delivered a blockbuster like Bichagadu.


Lijomol Jose and Kashmira Pardeshi are the heroines in the action thriller film produced by Ramesh P Pillai under Abhishek Films. AN Balaji will release this movie in Telugu this month on Sri Lakshmi Jyothi Creations. Prasanna Kumar handled the cinematography, while music is by Siddhu Kumar. The action scenes in the combination of Siddharth and GV Prakash Kumar will be the major highlight of the film. The first look poster of the film got good response and now teaser glimpse is unveiled.

While speaking on the occasion, AN Balaji of Sri Lakshmi Jyothi Creations, who is releasing the film in Telugu said, “It is a great pleasure to release the action film starring Siddharth and GV Prakash Kumar in Telugu. Makers of 'Major' reveal the first glimpse of Sobhita Dhulipala as the NRI hostage

 


After offering a sneak peek into the high school romance of Sandeep Unnikrishnan with the character poster of Saiee Manjrekar, the makers of the upcoming biographical drama 'Major' have unveiled yet another facade of the martyr's life with the first glimpse of Sobhita Dhulipala who essays the role of a hostage trapped in the tragic 26/11 Mumbai attacks.


The poster illustrates the worst fear of every individual as Sobhita Dhulipala epitomizes the agony faced due to the catastrophic incident that terrorized not just the entire nation but caused a significant impact across the globe.

Slipping into the role of an NRI hostage trapped at the Hotel Taj during the unfortunate terror attacks of 26/11, Sobhita Dhulipala plays the leading lady and the poster depicts one of the most vital sequences of the film.
Celebrating the heroics of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan played by Adivi Sesh in the upcoming film 'Major', the biographical drama traces the significant stages of the army officer's life, not just depicting his death but embracing the spirit with which he lived.

Owing to the far-spread eminence of Sandeep Unnikrishnan, the multilingual film is been made in Hindi and Telugu.

All set to release on 2nd of July 2021, 'Major' stars Adivi Sesh, Saiee Manjrekar, Sobhita Dhulipala, Prakash Raj, amongst others. Directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka, the film is produced by Sony Pictures Films India in association with Mahesh Babu's GMB Entertainment and A+S movies.

Ravi Teja, Ramesh Varma, Satyanarayana Koneru’s Khiladi Trailer On April 12th

 


Ravi Teja and director Ramesh Varma who delivered blockbusters with their last respective films Krack and Rakshasudu are teaming up for an action entertainer Khiladi.


The film’s teaser will be out a day before Ugadi on the 12th of April at 10:08 AM. Ravi Teja looks super stylish in the teaser announcement poster.

The film’s Italy schedule was wrapped up recently.

Ravi Teja plays a dual role in the film produced by Satyanarayana Koneru. Bollywood production house Pen Studios bankrolls the project in association with A Studios.

The film under Havish Production comes with the tagline play smart.

Meenakshi Chaudhary is the leading lady opposite Ravi Teja and Dimple Hayathi will be seen as the second heroine.

Ramesh Varma is taking extreme care and is making Khiladi with high standard technical values. He has got a perfect team of technicians such as the in-form composer Devi Sri Prasad rendering soundtracks while Sujit Vaasudev of Lucifer fame and GK Vishnu who gave amazing visuals to Ravi Teja's Krack are handling the camera for this film. 
 
Srikanth Vissa and music director DSP's brother Sagar provide dialogues, while Srimani pens lyrics and Amar Reddy is the editor of the film.

Four fight masters- Ram-Lakshman and Anbu-Arivu are working for the film which will hit the screens on May 28th.

Tirumala Reverberates to Annamaiah Sankeerthana

 

 Tirumala, 08 April 2021:The serene precincts of Tirumala reverberated to the melodious notes of Annamaiah Sankeertans rendered by the artistes of Annamacharya Project on the occasion of 518th Death Anniversary of the saint poet Sri Tallapaka Annamacharya.

 

Sriman Srivan Satagopa Ranganatha Yateendra Mahadesikan Swami, the 46th Pontiff of Ahobila Mutt in his Anugraha Bhashanam said there is a great bond between Tirumala and Ahobilam. Likewise a great bond exists between Sri Mahadesikan and Annamacharya. On Acharya Mahadesikan's advice only Annamacharya penned 32thousnd Sankeertans signifying the 32letter Beejakshara mantra as taught by him. 

 

He also said though there are many devotional sankeertanas even in other languages, the beauty of Telugu Sankeertans penned by Annamacharya in praise of Sri Venkateswara as well on Ahobila Narasimha are beyond comparison.

 

The seer also complimented TTD for organising Parayanams and various devotional programs to overcome the bad effects of Corona Covid virus.

 

Later EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy, Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti felicitated the Pontiff on the occasion and took his blessings. 

 

The descendants of Annamacharya were also felicitated on the occasion. 

 

Annamacharya Project Director Sri Dakshinamurthy carried out the proceedings of the programme.

 

Earlier the senior artistes of Annamacharya Project rendered Sapthagiri Sankeertana Gosthi Ganam in a melodious manner in the divine  presence of Sri Malayappa Swamy, Sridevi and Bhudevi on finely decked swing at Narayanagiri Gardens.

 

The entire event lasted for nearly two hours in a grand manner amidst Covid guidelines.

Aannamaiah Vardhanthi Mahotsavam Begins

 







Tirupati, 08 April 2021: The five day long 518th Vardhanti Mahotsavam of Sri Tallapaka Annamacharya held under auspices of TTDs Annamacharya project which commenced at the Annamacharya Kala mandiram and Mahati Auditorium in Tirupati on Thursday.

 

Earlier the Dwadasi Sapthagiri Sankeetana Gosti Ganam was presented by the local artists and that of Annamacharya project, enthralled the devotees at the Kala Mandiram and was followed by Harati and Maha Nivedana. Later in the evening the artistes rendered some melodious notes of Pada Kavita Pitamaha.
