TTD Invites Applications For Paediatric Docs


TTD has invited applications from paediatric specialists who are professing Hindu religion for its SV Paediatric Cardiac Hospital.

 

Interested paediatricians shall apply on or before September 25 and send their filled in forms to Chief Medical Officer, TTD Central Hospital, KT Road, Tirupati - 517501, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh. TTD Eo Visits TTD Taken Over Temples














TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy visited TTD taken over temples in GD Nellore constituency in Chittoor district along with Honourable DyCM Sri Narayana Swamy on Tuesday.

 

Speaking on the occasion the EO said the Honourable DyCM is keen to develop the taken over temples in his constituency and invited him to visit the temples.

 

The EO said TTD has taken up several dharmic and spiritual activities which are being telecasted live on SVBC for the sake of global devotees. He said "all of us are busy with our way of life. But at the same time we should spare some time in knowing the rich values in Arsha Dharma through vedas.

 

Adding further EO said Kalikirikonda appears akin to Tirumala Seshachala ranges with its serene beauty and also has tourism potential. "We will discuss on how to develop these temples under SRIVANI Trust ", he maintained.

 

Apart from Kalikiri konda, EO also visited TTD Kalyana Mandapam site in Penumuru, Sri  Varada Venkateswara temple in Alathur. Later the EO also discussed with the officials concerned over the construction of Neerali Mandapam in Skanda Pushkarini at Karvetinagaram and also a shelter for pilgrims.

 

CE Sri Nageswara Rao, SE Sri Satyanarayana, EEs Sri Manoharam, Sri Sivarama Krishna and others were also present.

 

Koil Alswar Tirumanjanam Performed







The traditional Temple cleansing fete, Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam was performed in Sri Padmavathi ammavari Temple at Tiruchanoor on Tuesday in connection with annual Pavitrotsavams which are scheduled to commence from September 18 onwards.

 

The sacred cleaning fete was performed between 7:30am and 9:30am in the temple with an aromatic mixture called Parimalam.

 

TTD has provided an opportunity to the devotees to participate in the Pavitrotsavams virtually on payment of Rs.1001 per ticket (for two persons) which shall be booked in online www.tirupatibalaji.gov.in

 

The devotees who booked the tickets in online shall avail Ammavaru darshan within 90 days in Rs.100 darshan line.

 

DyEO Smt Kasturi Bai, AEO Sri Prabhakar Reddy, Superintendent Sri Seshagiri participated in the temple cleansing ritual.

Regina Cassandra starrer “NeneNaa” Trailer Unveiled






Regina Cassandra, who is consistently proving her prowess performance in every film, will appear in dual roles as an archaeologist and as a queen in her upcoming flick NeneNaa that grabbed attention of one and all for its intriguing posters.


Expectations are quite high on the project, given Regina Cassandra is popular across Pan-Indian domain, director Caarthick Raju’s last movie Ninu Veedani Needanu Nene was a runaway hit and it’s second production venture for Raj Shekar Varma of Apple Tree Studios. The producer’s first project Zombie Reddy was a superhit.

To hike prospects on the movie, the makers have come up with trailer of the movie. The trailer is unveiled by Nidhhi Agerwal, Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathy and star director Lingusamy.

Going by the trailer, a horrific incident that had happened 100 years ago is repeating now. While Regina was a queen 100 years back, she is an archeologist now and has come to resolve a mysterious case.

Along with people who enter a seclude place in a forest, those who are assigned to resolve the mysterious case are also getting killed. The link between past and the present story is going to be crux of the movie. The mystery-driven plot with horror elements and lots of humour is going to offer a whole new experience to movie goers.

Caarthick Raju comes up with another interesting project and this time it will be much bigger in terms of casting and technical standards.

Simultaneously made in Telugu and Tamil, major portions of the bilingual have been shot in and around the locales of Courtallam. Sam CS is composing music and Gokul Benoy is handing cinematography. Sabu is the editor and Super Subbarayan is the stunt master.

Apart from Regina Cassandra, the others in the cast include Vennela Kishore, Akshara Gowda, Tagapothu Ramesh, Jaya Prakash, and few more prominent artists.

The film’s shoot has already been wrapped up and post-production works are also nearing completion.

Mini Kalyana Katta Begins at Srinivasa Mangapuram







TTD has opened a mini Kalyana Katta at Srinivasa Mangapuram abode of ancient Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy temple for the benefit of the devotees on Monday.

 

The TTD officials inaugurated the Kalyana Katta with the special pujas performed by a woman devotee.

 

The mini Kalyana Katta set up near the temple will benefit devotees to redeem their vow and offer tonsuring before embarking their journey to Tirumala by the Srivari Mettu footpath.

 

Temple DyEO Smt Shanti, AEO Sri Dhananjayudu, Superintendent Sri Changalrayadu and other Archakas were present.

TTD Chairman and The Eo Inagurates Agarbattis




















It was a great moment in history TTD with the inauguration of the Agarbatti Manufacturing Unit being opened at the SV Go Samrakshanashala on Monday.

 

The unique unit was opened by the TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy along with the TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy while Tirupati MLA Sri Bhumana Karunakar Reddy, Sulurpeta MLA Sri Sanjeevaiah also participated in the landmark event.

 

Thereafter they signed pact with YSR Horticultural University for providing dry flower technology to TTD.

 

SEVEN BRAND AGARBATTIS

 

Speaking on the occasion the TTD Chairman said the agarbattis are being made from used flower garlands of all TTD temples and shall be available to devotees from Monday onwards at Tirumala. "The Bangalore based M/s Darshan international Company had set up machinery at its own cost and freely manufacturing Agarbattis as a service to Sri Venkateswara", he added.

 

He said in all 10 machines produce 3.5 lakh agarbattis daily in seven brands which were sold at Tirumala laddu counters and Tirupati. The Chairman also reaffirmed that the flowers used in the Srivari temple are not used in making these agarbattis.

  

MOU WITH YSR HORTICULTURAL UNIVERSITY FOR DRY FLOWER TECHNOLOGY

 

The technology is used to make portraits of Swami and Ammavaru with the flowers used in the TTD temples. As part of the technology, women are trained at the Citrus Research Station of the University at Tirupati and TTD is funding   83 lakhs towards equipment and training.

 

The Chairman said with the technology TTD manufactures photos, calendars, key chains, paperweights, etc. soon available for sale to devotees.

 

The Registrar of the YSR Horticultural University Dr Gopal, TTD DyEO (general) Sri Ramana Prasad signed the MoU which the TTD Chairman and Vice-chancellor Dr T Janakiram exchanged.

 

SALES OPENED IN TIRUMALA

 

Soon after the Agarbattis are opened in SV Gosala at Tirupati, the sales commenced at four counters in Tirumala with three counters near Laddu Complex and one in TTD Book Stall located opposite Srivari Temple on Monday.

 

ATTRACTIVE SAPTHAGIRI MAGAZINE UNVEILED

 

TTD Chairman unveiled the TTD's monthly Sapthagiri Magazine with added attractions of cover designs and scholarly articles published in six languages.

 

The Sapthagiri magazine which began in 1949 was issued in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, English and Hindi in1970 and in Sanskrit from 2014 onwards.

 

The Sapthagiri magazine has become totally colourful from 2016 and a leader in Hindu dharma propagation for last 50 years.
