Purandara Dasa Aradhana Mahotsavam Observed in TTD Music and Dance College







The Aradhana Mahotsavams of Kannada Saint Poet Sri Purandhara Dasa was observed in Sri Venkateswara College of Music and Dance along with the Nadaswaram College of TTD in Tirupati in the college premises on Saturday with the spiritual fervour touching the sky.


After offering prayers to the Kannada Pada Kavita Pitamaha, the faculty and students rendered the Dasa Padagalu on the occasion which included some famous notes like Gajavadana Beduve, Venkatachala Nilayam, Tamburimeetidava etc. 


The College Principal Sri Sudhakar, other faculty, students were present.

ID Cards Issued to Corporation Employees





The employees should serve the Lord Venkateswara by serving His devotees in discharging their duties with utmost dedication and devotion, said TTD JEO(H & E) Smt Sada Bhargavi.

TTD JEO launched the issuance of Identity cards to the employees of various TTD departments who were appointed through Sri Lakshmi Srinivasa Manpower Corporation(SLSMPC) on Saturday evening at Sri Padmavati Rest House in Tirupati.


Speaking on the occasion TTD JEO said the outsourcing employees whose earlier appointments were through various agencies and societies, have been brought under one Corporation now to have better facilities which included Earn Leaves, ID cards, subsidy laddus, quarters allotment on a rent of Rs.1000 etc, personal accident coverage of 5 lakhs, Srivari Darshan for families etc. 


All these guidelines were formulated by erstwhile TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy and the present EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy keeping in view the welfare of the employees.


Corporation CEO Sri Shailendra said henceforth all outsourced manpower requirements of TTD will be met through the SLSMPC providing timely salaries and job security etc. and urged the employees to serve the Lord with dedication and discipline.

Vishwashanthi Homa Mahotsavams Concludes











The Homa Mahotsavams are aimed at seeking the well-being of entire humanity and more such Homams in every month will be conducted in future said, TTD Trust Board Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy.


The TTD Board Chief took part on the last day of the six-day Vishwa Shanti Homam held at Sri Kapileswara Swamy temple in Tirupati.


Speaking on the occasion he said, the six-day fete commenced with Ganapathi Homam, followed by Navagraha Homam, Sri Subramanyeswara Swamy Homam on January, Durga Lakshmi Saraswati Homam Dakshina Murthy Homam and concluded with the Rudra and Mrityunjaya Homam.

TTD JEO (H&E) Inspects Children Hospital Works

 The JEO(H&E) Smt Sada Bhargavi on Saturday thoroughly inspected the ongoing construction works of the upcoming Paediatric Hospital at Alipiri along with the Engineering Officials.


At the construction site, she instructed EE Sri Krishna Reddy to ensure that the first level of works be completed before February end as per schedule. Similarly, she directed the concerned to review the progress of works on a daily basis to avoid any delay in the execution of works.


Later she also visited Sri Padmavathi Children's Heart Centre (SPCHC) and inspected the OT, Medical Store, cath lab etc. She also interacted with the patients to know about the medical services and other amenities being provided to them, to which they expressed immense pleasure.


She also instructed the DFO Sri Srinivasulu to develop greenery outside as well inside the Hospital premises to provide an aesthetic feel to the patients and their attendants. "Plan some dioramas of Mother and Child, Tirunamam, Shanku and Chakra etc.with the greens itself", she said.


Similarly, she also instructed the officials to form a WhatsApp group with TTD Engineering including Civil, Electrical, Waterworks, Vigilance, Health and the Resident Doctors of SVIMS, BIRRD and SPCHC to rectify the defects related to any of the above departments without delay.


The JEO appreciated the Doctors team led by the Director of the Paediatric Center Dr Srinath Reddy, Dr Ganapathi and others who have so far successfully carried out over 1000 plus heart surgeries in the hospital and given new lease of life to many children. She also congratulated everyone for the maiden successful Heart Transplantation carried out in the hospital a couple of days ago. 


She said the boy who underwent heart transplantation has spoken with her. "With the benign blessings of Sri Venkateswara Swamy the boy was successfully treated by the team of our dedicated doctors. However he will be under observation in hospital for a week", she added.

Stringent Action Against the Social Media Network Over the Drone Video Post on Srivari Temple - TTD Chairman



TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy on Saturday said that TTD will initiate legal action against the social media network for posting a video of Tirumala temple and making it viral stating as a Drone video.


Speaking to media persons outside Srivari temple TTD chairman said as per Agama Shastra Srivari temple has been declared as a "No Fly Zone" and till date no such recordings with Drone cameras were done.


He said the TTD Vigilance officials have already denied the Drone video and sent it to the forensic lab for fact-finding. "After we receive the reports within two or three days, we will take stern legal action against the Hyderabad-based social media network which has allegedly morphed the 3D video and made it as a Drone video and inform the devotees how some miscreants are playing with their sentiments with such fake and tailored videos", he added.
