Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Tuesday called on R Vidyasagar
Rao, State Government’s Advisor (Irrigation), who is undergoing treatment at
the Continental hospital in the city. The CM has inquired about the condition
of Vidyasagar Rao’s health with the doctors attending on him. He also
inquired about the medical treatment given to Vidyasagar Rao. The CM also
spoke with family members of Vidyasagar Rao. Wife of Vidyasagar Rao
also informed the ailing Rao about the presence of the CM. The CM tried to talk
to Rao by calling him several times,” Vidyanna, Vidyanna.” To this, there
is a visible reaction from Rao’s limbs and eyes. The doctors attending on Vidyasagar Rao expressed hope that he would recover soon. They informed
that Rao was able breathe on his own when the ventilator support was taken
off for some time. The Continental Hospitals Administrator Guru Reddy,
other doctors said that they would continue the treatment, which is on par with
the international standards. The CM has expressed his satisfaction over the
treatment is given to Vidyasagar Rao and wanted doctors to help the speedy
recovery of him. The CM also thanked the
team of doctors and wanted them to put in their all out efforts to help Vidyasagar Rao recover speedily. The CM hoped that Vidyasagar Rao would
recover shortly, get well soon and lead a normal life.

Gutha Sukhender Reddy and others were present.
