Provide Quality Services to Devotees - TTD Chairman



Tirumala, May 5, 2018: TTD chairman Putta Sudhakar Yadav has urged the officials and staff of TTD to provide selfless service to a multitude of devotees that throng the Tirumala shrine every day throughout the year.
                                   
He was speaking to media persons after his inspection of all facilities for devotees at the Divya Darshan and Slotted Sarva Darshan (SSD) queue lines at Narayanagiri Gardens on Saturday.

He asserted that there was tumultuous response of devotees for the SSD system and lauded the efforts of the officials and TTD staff in the direction of smoothening the darshan of Lord Venkateswara for the devotees.

The chairman also went around the Potu (mega kitchen) inside the Vaikuntham Queue complex where he inquired about the procurement of raw materials like milk etc. and the quality of all materials.

During his visit of the Sarva darshanam queue complex, toilets and bathrooms, he directed the officials to maintain them in strict hygienic conditions and clean in the best health conditions of the visiting devotees. He asked the officials to paint the walker's path along the four mada streets and feasibility of installation of air conditions on the queue lines abetting the Srivari temple walls.

The chairman also directed officials to put up signboards and flexis in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, and English at prominent locations at Tirumala for benefit of devotees from all over India.

He also interacted with devotees from Hyderabad, Karnataka, Tamilnadu and Maharashtra obtaining SSD tokens all of whom expressed happiness about facilities provided by the TTD.
