Appalayagunta Pavitrotsavams Concludes with Purnahuti

Tirupati, 07 October 2018:The three day annual Pavitrotsavams concluded with Pavitra Purnahuti at Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy temple at Appalayagunta on Sunday evening.

The day commenced with spiritual programmes in Yagashala between 8am and 10am which included Punyahavachanam, Panchagavyaradhana, Rakshabandhanam, Annapranayanm etc. This was followed by Snapana Tirumanjanam to processional deities. The Pavitra Garlands were adorned to the deities between 11am and 12 noon.

Later in the evening, Pavitra Purnahuti was performed between 7.30pm to 8pm with which the Pavitrotsavams concluded on a grand religious note.

Temple DyEO Smt Jhansi Rani, AEO Subramanyam, Superintendent Gopalakrishna Reddy, Temple Inspector Srinivasa Raju, archakas and devotees were also present.
