Tirupati, December 4, 2018 : The holy event of Karthika Vana Bhojanam at Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy temple at Srinivasa Mangapuram was observed with religious pomp and gaiety on Tuesday.
The Paruveta Mandalam was decked up with Shamianas, electrical and floral decorations besides queue lines for benefit of the devotees. Special devotional and bhakti programs also conducted during the occasion.
As part of the event, the procession of Lord with His consorts Sridevi and Bhudevi commenced from temple at 8.00 AM and reached the Paruveta mandapam near Srivari mettu by 9.30 AM where Tirumanjanam was performed for the utsava idols and was followed by Asthanam from 10.00 AM onwrds.
The devotees gathered in huge numbers and were served with delicious and tasty food as a part of vana bhojanam after the cultural programs.
