Tiruchanoor, 11 March 2019: Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru App will soon be introduced with which the devotees can enjoy and experience the Augmentation Realty Technology by downloading the app, said, Tirupati JEO Sri B Lakshmikantham.
The JEO inspected Sri Padmavathi Ammavari temple at Tiruchanoor on Monday.
After inspection, he said, the mythology of Tiruchanoor and the history behind the incarnation of Ammavaru have been placed in Friday Gardens for the information of the pilgrims in the form of photographs.
He said, these photos will soon be linked with Augmentation Realty Technology Software. "With this provision, if any body clicks on any photograph, that image narrates its story, which will be interesting and attractive for pilgrims. For this the devotees have to download the app first. In second phase, we are contemplating to extend this technology to sculptures on temple pillars, where the stone images speak to us giving a unique thrilling experience. Apart from these 3D Laser and Projection Mapping will also introduced soon where one can witness the images of deities on waters of temple tank", he added.
The JEO said, all the development proposals in the master plan will be taken up in a phased manner.
