Development Works on a Fast Pace in Vontimitta- TTD EO

Vontimitta, 7 March 2019:The development works are going on a fast pace in Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy temple at Vontimitta in YSR Kadapa district, said TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal.

The EO along with Tirupati JEO Sri B Lakshmikantham and other senior officers of TTD and district officials inspected the ongoing works on Thursday evening.

Later speaking to media the EO expressed his pleasure over the progress in works. "There was huge leap in the works and we will continuously monitoring the pace of works next three months also. As the annual brahmotsavams are scheduled in April, another inspection will be there likely before this month end. Our JEO has already taken the initiative and closely monitoring the progress of works", he maintained.

The EO also said, the Rs.2.54crores worth development works inside temple like flooring, extension of potu etc.which were taken up under the model code of Archaeological Department are also under progress. On the other hand, the Tourism department officials were also requested to develop the tank so that aesthetic environment can be enhanced to attract large number of devotees", he opinioned.

Earlier the EO also inspected the plantation and greenery works.

CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti, CE Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy, SP of Kadapa Sri Rahul Dev Sharma, SE 1 Sri Ramesh Reddy, SE Electrical Sri Venkateswaralu, DFO Sri Phani kumar Naidu, RDO Sri Naganna, temple DyEO Sri Natesh Babu and others were also present.
