Tirupati,May16,2019: TTD Joint Executive Officer Sri B Lakshmi Kantham today directed officials to transform the TTD Call centre as a Real time Governance module.
Speaking after a review meeting at TTD administrative building on Thursday, the JEO said the call center should be geared up to gather information from all TTD wings and present them in a devotee friendly manner.
He asked officials to take steps to increase the subscriber base of Saptagiri magazine. He instructed the officials to take immediate steps to resolve the devotee grievances narrated in the Bhaktulato-Bhavadeeyudu programme.
He said action plan will be prepared for setting up of sports complex for TTD employees. The TTD Kalyana mandapam construction works should be hastened effectively. All out arrangements be made for conduction of the Shubapradam program for 7,8,9 class students and ensure hassle free environment for them.
He said all arrangements be made for the conduction mega medical camps for TTD employees and their families on June 1-2.
