Wall Posters of 611th Jayanthi Of Annama Charya Released



Tirupati, 14 May 19: The wall posters for the 611thjayanti of the Patriarch of Telugu prose-poetry Sri Tallapaka Annamacharya were unveiled at the camp office of Tirupati JEO Sri B Lakshmi Kantham on Tuesday morning.

Speaking on the occasion the JEO said the festival of AnnamacharyaJayanti will be organised from May 18- 24 at the native place of the composer in Tallapaka near Dhyana mandir, 108 feet Annamacharya statue located at Kadapa district and also at the Mahati auditorium and the Annamacharya Kala mandir in Tirupati.

AT THALLAPAKA

As a part of celebrations Saptagiri Sankeertana Gosti Ganam followed by Srivari Kalyanam will be held at Tallapaka on May 18.

Daily from May 18-24 Bhakti sangeet and dance programs will be conducted at the Annamacharya statue.

AT TIRUPATI 

Sahitya sabhas will be held at Annamacharya Kala mandir from May 19-21 in the morning besides music and dance programs in the evenings.

Similarly Bhakti sangeet Dance programs were scheduled at Mahati auditorium from May 18-24.

Annamacharya project Director Sri Vishwanatham, Superintendent Sri Suryanarayana Reddy, staff Sri Narasimhulu and others participated.
