Tirumala Special Officer Reviews on President Visit Arrangements

Tirumala, 12 Jul. 19: The Special Officer of Tirumala, Sri A V Dharma Reddy reviewed on the arrangements to be made by various departments of TTD in connection with the visit by H.E. the Honourable President of India Sri Ramnath Kovind to Tirumala on July 13 and 14.

The review meeting with the HoDs of various departments took place at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Friday evening. The Special Officer directed the Vigilance, Reception, Temple, Engineering, Annaprasadam, Transport and Health Wings to be more alert in the executing their duties at all the VIP points including the rest house areas, Mahadwaram, VQC etc. Keeping in view the past experiences, he asked every department to be more attentive in discharging their duties with out giving scope to any hindrance during the visit of the first citizen of the Nation.

CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti, Additional CVSO Sri Siva Kumar Reddy, SEs Sri Ramachandra Reddy, Sri Venkateswarulu, GM Transport and IT Head Sri Sesha Reddy, Spl.Gr.DyEO Smt Parvathi, DyEOs Sri Harindranath, Sri Balaji, Smt Nagarathna, Special Officer Annaprasadam Sri Venugopal, VSOs Sri Manohar, Sri Prabhakar and others were also present.
