Makara Sankrama Puja on 15th December at 2.09 am

The auspicious Makara Sankrama puja this year will be held at 2.09 am on the 15th of December. The Sanctum Sanctorum which opens on 14 of December will not close on 14th. It will close on 15th December morning and will reopen at 4 in the evening. The sun enters the Uttarayana from the South at two o'clock in the morning on the 15th. Tantri Kandararu Mahesh Mohanaru said that the Ayyappa Darshan will be available all night on January 14 baring an hour and a half hour it is closed.
