Tirumala, 24 Dec. 20: TTD chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy on Thursday categorically said that there was no lathi-charge anywhere on devotees who came for Srivari Darshan at Tirumala.
Replying to a question by a reporter at Tirumala on Thursday, TTD chairman refuted the allegations made by leader of opposition Sri N Chandrababu Naidu and said that TTD had made elaborate arrangements to provide comfortable Vaikunta Dwara Darshan for ten days starting from Vaikunta Ekadasi on December 25 till January 3 to common devotees this year.
Declining to be drawn into a political debate at Tirumala shrine the TTD Chairman said TTD was mulling over the prospects of developing the Annamaiah Margam (located on the second ghat road) further.
