Tirumala, 4 Jan. 21: Like the month long spiritual programmes mulled by TTD during the Karthika Masam in November, a series of devotional programmes are being designed even during the ongoing Dhanurmasam, said TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy.
Speaking to media persons at Tirumala along with Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy and CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti at Annamaiah Bhavan on Monday, the EO said, On Vaikuntha Ekadasi and Dwadasi, Sri Vratam and Kubera Vratam were performed in Vedic University on the two auspicious days respectively.
He said, the Paramapadavasal Live was also relayed on SVBC from Sri Rangam, Triplicane Parthasaradhi temple and Bhadrachalam on Vaikuntha Ekadasi day.
Adding further he said, at Nadaneerajanam platform in Tirumala, everyday there will be Margasheersham - Vishnutatwam between 6am and 6:45am and Tiruppavai Pravachanam from Pedda Jiyangar Mutt between 8:30am and 9:30am which are being telecasted live on SVBC. The eighth edition of Akhanda Sundarakanda Pathanam was also performed on January 2. Many more such spiritual programmes have been lined up. On January 8, there will be Lakshmi Deeparadhanam in Kurnool while on January 14, Goda Kalyanam will be performed in a grand manner at the Parade Grounds of TTD in Tirupati, he maintained.
