TTD Officials Visit Kollam Ayurveda Institutions

TTD officials on a study tour of prominent Ayurvedic institutions in Kerala on Wednesday visited the Amruta Ayurveda hospital, college, pharmacy and research centre at Kollam.

The TTD team comprising of JEO Smt Sada Bhargavi, CAO Sri Sesha Shailendra and the Superintendent of SV Ayurveda Hospital Dr Renu Dikshit went around the research centre, hospital, and pharmacy and discussed the policies, strategies and policies of the Amruta institute.

They enquired about systems, infrastructure and procedures for attracting patients online and offline, OP and inpatient and free treatments and paid services.

At the research centre and the pharmacy, they studied the medicine formulations, demand for  various ayurvedic medicines, maintenance  and marketing of pharmacy, sourcing raw materials and manufacturing processes

Thereafter TTD officials called on Hospital dean Dr Shankar Amrutanandapuri, Dr Ramesh Principal of the college, research head Dr Ram Manohar and past student of TTD Ayurvedic College Professor Dr Vinita and deliberated on various aspects of  Ayurvedic research, hospital management etc.
