Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba Jayanthi Held

The 295th birth anniversary of Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba was observed on Sunday evening at Narayanagiri Gardens in Tirumala.

Sri Malayappa along with His consorts reached the venue and artistes from Annamacharya Project and SV College of Music & Dance presented devotional songs composed by the Saint Poetess Vengamamba.

Bengaluru Raghavendra Mutt pontiff Sri Suvidyendra Teertha Swamy delivered a spiritual discourse, praising Vengamamba as a divine soul who attained spiritual wisdom without any formal Guru.

TTD officials, Successors of Vengamamba and  devotees participated. Earlier floral tributes were also offered at Tarigonda Brindavanam in Tirumala.
