Ankurarpana Heldin Appalayagunta

The Agamic ritual of prelude to annual brahmotsavams in Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy temple in Appalayagunta, the Ankurarpanam was performed on Friday evening.

As a part of it Medini Pooja, Senadhipati Utsavam and Beejavapanam which is also called Ankurarpanam were performed amidst chanting of Vedic mantras.

The annual brahmotsavams will flag off with Dhwajarohanam in the auspicious Mithuna Lagnam between 7:30am and 8am on June 07.

Kankanabhattar Sri Tippayya Acharyulu, DyEO Sri Harindranath and others were present.
