Dwaja Avarohanam Heralded Finale of Sri Govindraja Swmay Vari Temple Brahmotsavams

The nine-day-long celebrations of the annual Brahmotsavam of Sri Govindaraja Swamy temple in Tirupati concluded on Tuesday evening with the Dwajavarohanam episode that was observed between 8.40 pm and 9.30 pm.

 

The Garuda Dhwajapatham which was hoisted on the temple mast during the first day was lowered on the last day amidst chanting of divine mantras and thanking the deities for the successful conduct of the nine-day mega religious fete.
