The Sadgamaya training programme, jointly organized by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) and the Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad(HDPP), was launched in a grand manner on Monday across seven TTD-managed schools in Tirupati and Tirumala.
The training sessions are being conducted for students of classes 8, 9, and 10 in the following schools:
SGS High School, SV Oriental High school, SV High school, SKRS English Medium High school, SP Girls High School in Tirupati, SKS High School in Tatithopu and SV High School in Tirumala.
Selected teachers have been entrusted with the responsibility of imparting this training.
The Sadgamaya programme focuses on instilling devotion, introducing students to the Bhagavad Gita, developing human values, ethics, personality development, quizzes, public speaking, creativity, leadership qualities, real-world awareness, personal growth, social responsibility, life skills, and knowledge about Indian culture and traditions.
At the end of the training, scheduled to conclude on July 31. Relevant books will be distributed to the students as part of the initiative.
The inaugural programme held at SGS High School in Tirupati was attended by HDPP Secretary Sri Sriram Raghunath, DEO Sri Venkata Sunilu, and other officials and school staff.
