Gokulastami Asthanam on 16th August, Utlotsavam on 17th August

The auspicious Gokulastami Asthanam will be observed on August 16 while Utlotsavam on August 17 in Tirumala.

The Asthanam will take place from 8 pm to 10 pm at Bangaru Vakili on Saturday and for the Utsava deities of Sridevi, Bhudevi, Sri Krishna Swamy, Ekanta Tirumanjanam will be observed. Later Dwadasaradhanam follows.

On August 17, Utlotsavam will be performed from 4 pm onwards at different places in Tirumala. 

The processional deities of Sri Malayappa and Sri Krishna Swamy on different Tiruchis take part in this traditional fete and bless devotees.

In connection with these festivals, TTD has cancelled a few Arjita sevas.
