Sahasra Kalashabhishekam and Hanumantha Vahana Seva at Sri Kodandarama Swamy Vari Temple

At Sri Kodandarama Swamy Temple, Tirupati, the auspicious occasion of Amavasya was observed on Saturday with Sahasra Kalashabhishekam in the morning and Hanumanta Vahana Seva in the evening.

The Sahasra Kalashabhishekam was performed between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM as per Vaikhanasa Agama traditions. Devotees who participated in the seva by offering ₹500 were presented with vastrams, a laddu, and a vada as prasadam.

Later, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Sri Kodandarama Swamy, richly adorned, paraded on Hanumanta Vahanam along the four Mada streets, blessing devotees who turned up in large numbers to witness the divine spectacle.

The event was attended by Deputy EO Smt. Nagaratna, AEO Sri Ravi, Temple Inspector Sri Ramesh, temple priests, officials, and devotees.
