Sri Krishna Janmashtami Festivities in TTD Local Temples

Sri Krishna Janmashtami was observed with religious fervour in all the local temples of TTD on Saturday. 

At Tiruchanur

As part of the Janmashtami festivities, special rituals were performed at Sri Krishna Swamy temple attached to Sri Padmavathi Ammavari temple.  

Later in the evening, Pedda Sesha Vahanam, was observed followed by Gopuja and the Asthanam.

At Sri Govindaraja Swamy Temple,  Narayanavanam Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy temple,   Abhishekam, Sri Venugopala Swamy in Chandragiri Ramalayam, Sri Rukmini Satyabhama sameta Venugopala Swamy in Kapilathirtham and Karvetinagaram, the Gokulastami celebrations were observed.

TTD officials and religious staff of the respective temples, a large number of devotees took part enthusiastically in these celebrations.
