Dhwajarohanam Held

The annual Navahnika Karthika Brahmotsavams flagged off with Dhwajarohanam on Monday at Tiruchanoor.

After the early morning rituals, Tiruchi Utsavam was held along the mada streets of the temple followed by Tirumanjanam to Dhwajastambham.

Later Dhwajarohanam performed at 9:15am, inviting the deities to take part in the celestial event.

TTD EO Sri AK Singhal, JEO Sri Veerabrahmam, CV & SO Sri Murali Krishna, temple DyEO Sri Harindranath, Kankanabhattar Sri Srinivasacharyulu, Archaka Sri Babu Swamy and others were present.

Speaking on the occasion to the media, he said, TTD has made elaborate arrangements for the mega festival especially on the crowd pulling days of Gaja Vahanam and Panchami Theertham.
