Special Programmes in TTD Local Temples on the Occasion of Dhanurmasam

The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) will organise special programmes in its local temples on the occasion of Dhanurmasam from December 16, 2025, to January 14, 2026.

The sacred Dhanurmasam will commence at 1:23 pm on December 16.

Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Srinivasa Mangapuram

At the Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Srinivasa Mangapuram, from December 17 to January 14, Tiruppavai Parayanam will be recited in solitude in place of Suprabhatam every day from 4:00 am to 6:00 am, followed by Dhanurmasa darshan for devotees.

In view of this, Suprabhatam Seva tickets will not be issued during this period. Devotees are requested to take note of this arrangement.

Sri Padmavati Ammavari Temple, Tiruchanoor

At the Sri Padmavati Ammavari Temple, Tiruchanoor, Dhanurmasa darshan will be provided to devotees from December 17 to January 14.

On the first day, December 16, the Sahasra Deepalankara Seva scheduled for the evening is cancelled due to the commencement of Dhanurmasam.

During the one-month period, Dhanurmasa Ghanta and Dhanurmasa darshan will be observed daily from 5:15 am to 6:15 am.

Sri Govindaraja Swamy Temple, Tirupati

At the Sri Govindaraja Swamy Temple, Tirupati, Tiruppavai Parayanam will be performed in place of Suprabhatam from 4am to 5:30am, followed by Dhanurmasa darshan for devotees from 5:30 am to 6:30 am.

Sri Kodandarama Swamy Temple, Tirupati

At the Sri Kodandarama Swamy Temple, Tirupati, Dhanurmasa kainkaryams will be performed from 4 am to 5:30 am, and Dhanurmasa darshan will be provided to devotees from 5:30 am to 8:00 am.

Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Appalayagunta

At Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Appalayagunta, Tiruppavai Parayanam and special poojas will be performed in place of Suprabhatam between 5 am and 6 am, followed by Dhanurmasa darshan for devotees from 6 am onwards.
