Mauritius Prez Offers Prayers in Tirumala Temple

HE the President of Mauritius offered prayers in the Hill Shrine of Sri Venkateswara Swamy in Tirumala on Wednesday.

Following the temple tradition the Mauritius Prez offered prayers first in Varaha Swamy temple. 

On his arrival at the Mahadwaram of the temple, he was received by the Honourable Minister of AP Endowments Sri Anam Ramnarayan Reddy along with TTD Chairman Sri BR Naidu and the TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal. TTD Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary and CV and SO Sri Muralikrishna were also present.

Later the VIP dignitary had darshan of the presiding deity as well the Vaikuntha Dwaram.

At Ranganayakula Mandapam he was offered Veda Asheervachanam by the vedic scholars.

The TTD board chief also presented the lamination photo of Srivaru, prasadams on the occasion.

District Collector Dr Venkateswar, SP Sri Subbarayudu, temple officials were also present.
