As part of the annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Kapileswara Swamy Temple, devotional music and dance programmes organised on Friday evening, the sixth day of the festivities, at the temple premises infused deep spiritual fervour among devotees.
The cultural stage witnessed a series of classical performances that captivated the audience.
Devotional compositions including “Vara Vallabha…”, “Sabhapati…”, “Sadananda Tandavam…”, and “Parandhamavathi Mahadeva Shiva Shambho…”, enthralled the devotees.
The other melodious renditions included “Sri Vighnarajam…”, “Samba Shivayanave…”, “Lingashtakam…”, and “Bho Shambho…”, adding to the devotional ambience.
Subsequently, till 7:30 PM, the troupe led by Dr. Smt. Uma Muddubala, Principal of the SV college of Music and Dance, presented a captivating dance performances featuring Sri Vighnarajam Bhaje…”, “Natesa Kauthvam…”, “Mallari…”, “Ardhanareeswara Nrityam…”, “Shankara Srigiri…”, “Bho Shambho…”, “Shambho Mahadeva…”, and “Devi Stuti…”, which drew wide appreciation from the devotees.
