Special Focus onDisposal of Accumulated Scrap in TTD - TTD Addl Eo

The TTD Additional Executive Officer Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary instructed officials to lay special focus towards the disposal of scrap that has been accumulated for several years in various departments of TTD. 

During the monthly coordination meeting with officials of different departments at the Sudharma Conference Hall in Sri Padmavathi Rest House, Tirumala, on Tuesday.

Speaking on the occasion, the Additional EO directed the officials to identify the scrap available in all departments of TTD and submit a detailed report within 15 days. 

He also instructed that a schedule should be prepared in every department for scrap disposal once in six months. Necessary steps should be taken to ensure that the scrap is disposed of regularly through auction.

He further stated that the feedback system is yielding excellent results and should be continued in the same spirit. 

Based on the feedback collected from devotees, public transport, Annaprasadam, and sanitation services in Tirumala have improved significantly.

In the same spirit, he suggested holding a special meeting on FMS, Kalyanakatta, and luggage centres, and preparing an action plan to provide better services to devotees.

He also instructed officials to install kiosk machines at the Aswini Hospital in Tirumala to facilitate devotees to make donations.

Later, he reviewed the progress of various engineering works.
