The annual utsavams of Jagadguru Sri Bhashyakara will be conducted with great devotion and grandeur from April 13 to 22 at the Sri Govindarajaswamy Temple in Tirupati.
As part of these festivities, Sri Bhashyakara will be taken in a procession every day at 7:30 AM on the golden Tiruchi through the temple’s Chinna Mada streets. In the evening, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, special festivities will be held in the Pedda Mada streets.
After the morning procession, rituals such as Tirumanjanam, Sattumora, and Asthanam will be performed in the temple.
As part of the celebrations, Bhogi Theru will be held on April 21, and Sattumora ceremonies on April 22, offering spiritual bliss to devotees. Subsequently, the Gandhapodi Utsavam will be grandly conducted on April 23.
TTD appeals to devotees to participate in large numbers in these sacred festivities and receive the blessings of Sri Bhashyakara.
