TTD JEO Inspects Ghee Production Centre Works at SV Goshala

TTD JEO (Health & Education) Dr. A. Sarath inspected the ongoing works of the Ghee Production Centre and Centre of Excellence at SV Gosala, Tirupati on Wednesday.

He directed officials to complete the pending works by July-end as per the instructions of TTD EO Sri M. Ravichandra. The unit is being developed to process 2,000 litres of milk daily and produce milk, curd and ghee for Srivari rituals and services.

The JEO said 90 percent of the ghee plant works have been completed and instructed officials to conduct trial runs and expedite infrastructure facilities. He also said the unit can produce around 80 kg of ghee per day, with plans to enhance the capacity further.
