Garuda Seva Held

 






On Saturday night, coinciding with the auspicious Sravana Pournami, the trial-run of Garuda Vahana Seva was held in Tirumala with grandeur. 


At 7 PM, Sri Malayappa Swamy, adorned with dazzling ornaments and decorations, blessed His devotees while parading majestically atop the mighty Garuda Vahanam around the four mada streets of the temple.

This Pournami Garuda Seva was organized as a trial run ahead of the prestigious Garuda Seva that is being conducted during the annual Brahmotsavams which is scheduled on September 28.

On the occasion, TTD Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary issued several instructions to the various department officials directing them to make elaborate arrangements so that the maximum number of devotees can witness the Garuda Seva during Brahmotsavams.

HH Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swamy, HH Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamy of Tirumala, other dignitaries, temple officials and a large number of devotees were present.

వైభవంగా శ్రావణ పౌర్ణమి గరుడసేవ sravana garuda seva

 










తిరుమలలో శనివారం రాత్రి శ్రావణ పౌర్ణమి సందర్భంగా  గరుడ వాహన సేవ వైభవంగా జరిగింది. 


రాత్రి 7 గంటలకు సర్వాలంకార భూషితుడైన శ్రీమలయప్ప స్వామివారు గరుడునిపై ఆలయ మాడ వీధుల్లో విహరిస్తూ భక్తులను క‌టాక్షించారు.

ఈ పౌర్ణమి గరుడ సేవ వార్షిక బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల్లో నిర్వహించే ప్రతిష్టాత్మక గరుడ సేవకు ముందు జరుగుతున్న కారణంగా టీటీడీ ఒక పరిశీలనాత్మక గరుడ సేవను నిర్వహించింది.

ఈ సందర్భంగా టీటీడీ అదనపు ఈవో శ్రీ సి.హెచ్.వెంకయ్య చౌదరి వివిధ విభాగాల అధికారులకు పలు సూచనలు చేశారు. బ్రహ్మోత్సవ గరుడ సేవలో వీలైనంత ఎక్కువ మంది భక్తులు వాహన సేవను తిలకించేలా అన్ని ఏర్పాట్లు చేపట్టాలని వారిని ఆదేశించారు.

ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో తిరుమల శ్రీశ్రీశ్రీ పెద్ద జీయర్ స్వామి, శ్రీశ్రీశ్రీ చిన్న జీయర్ స్వామి, బోర్డు సభ్యులు శ్రీమతి రంగశ్రీ, శ్రీ దివాకర్ రెడ్డి, ఆలయ డిప్యూటీ ఈవో శ్రీ లోకనాథం, ఇతర అధికారులు, విశేష సంఖ్యలో భక్తులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

 వేంక‌టేశ్వ‌ర‌స్వామివారి ఆలయంలో శనివారం ఉదయం పూర్ణాహుతితో పవిత్ర ఉత్సవాలు ఘనంగా ముగిశాయి.


ఉదయం స్వామివారిని సుప్రభాతంతో మేల్కొలిపి, సహస్రనామార్చన, పవిత్ర విసర్జన, మహా పూర్ణాహుతి నిర్వహించారు. 

ఉద‌యం 10.30 గంటలకు శ్రీదేవి, భూదేవి సమేత శ్రీ వేంక‌టేశ్వ‌ర‌స్వామివారి ఉత్సవర్లను స్నపన తిరుమంజనం ఘనంగా జరిగింది. ఇందులో పాలు, పెరుగు, తేనె, పసుపు, చందనములతో విశేషంగా అభిషేకం చేశారు.  

సాయంత్రం 6 గంటలకు స్వామి, అమ్మవార్లు తిరుచ్చిపై గ్రామోత్సవం నిర్వహించనున్నారు. 

ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ఆలయ సూప‌రింటెండెంట్ శ్రీ జ్ఞాన‌ప్ర‌కాష్‌, టెంపుల్ ఇన్‌స్పెక్ట‌ర్ శ్రీ సుదీర్‌, ఆల‌య అర్చ‌కులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Tender-Cum-Auction of Copper Silver-Coated Sheets on 21st Aug

 




TTD will conduct an offline tender-cum-auction on August 21 for copper silver-coated sheets that were offered by devotees in hundis at the Srivari Temple, Tirumala, and other associated temples.


A total of 15 lots of copper, weighing 3000 kg, will be auctioned on that day.

Sravana Upakarma Held in Temple

Sravana Upakarma (change of new Yagnopaveetam-the sacred thread)was observed in Tirumala Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple on Saturday following the auspicious  Sravana Pournami.


As part of this, the processional deity of Sri Krishna Swamy was brought in a celestial procession to the temple of Sri Bhuvarahaswamy and Snapana Tirumanjanam was performed by a team of Archakas.  

After that, a new Yagnopaveetam was presented to the deity and Asthanam in the Temple was held.  

Later Sri Krishna Swamy returned to the Srivari temple in a procession.

Parupattedhar Sri Himanthagiri, priests and other staffs participated in this program. 

Vikhanasa Jayanti Observed

 




The Birth Anniversary of the great Sri Vaishnava Sage Sri Vikhanasa Maharshi was observed in Tirumala on Saturday.

Both the Alwar Divyaprabandha Project of TTD and Sri Vaikhanasa Divya Siddhanta Vivardhini organized this event in Asthana Mandapam.

Several scholars attended this program.

శ్రీవారి ఆలయంలో వైభవంగా శ్రావణ ఉపకర్మ sravana upakarma

 







తిరుమ‌ల‌ శ్రీవారి ఆలయంలో శనివారం శ్రావణ పౌర్ణమి సందర్భంగా శ్రావణ ఉపకర్మ- నూతన యజ్ఞోపవీత ధారణ కార్యక్రమం వైభవంగా జరిగింది.


ఇందులో భాగంగా ఉద‌యం 6 గంటలకు శ్రీ కృష్ణ‌స్వామివారిని శ్రీ భూవ‌ర‌హ‌స్వామివారి ఆల‌యానికి ఊరేగింపుగా తీసుకువ‌చ్చి స్నపన తిరుమంజనం నిర్వహించారు. ఇందులో పాలు, పెరుగు, తేనె, కొబ్బరి నీళ్లు, పసుపు, చందనంల‌తో అర్చకులు అభిషేకించారు. 

అనంతరం స్వామివారికి నూత‌న య‌జ్ఞోప‌వీతాన్ని స‌మ‌ర్పించి, ఆస్థానం నిర్వహించారు. అటు తరువాత శ్రీకృష్ణస్వామివారు ఊరేగింపుగా శ్రీవారి ఆలయానికి తిరిగి చేరుకున్నారు.

ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో పారుపత్తేదార్ శ్రీ హిమంతగిరి, అర్చకులు, ఇత‌ర ఆలయ సిబ్బంది పాల్గొన్నారు.
