Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam at Tirumala Temple on 16th September

 




In view of the annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Venkateswara Swamy in Tirumala to be held from September 24 to October 02, Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam will be held at Srivari Temple on September 16.


TTD has cancelled the Ashtadala Pada Padmaradhana Seva on that day.

Significance: 

In Tamil, Koil means ‘sacred shrine’, Alwar means “devotee”, Tiru means “divine”, and Manjanam means “bath”. Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam refers to the ceremony of purifying the sanctum sanctorum and temple premises by the devotees as a divine miasion.

During this purification, the main deity of Sri Venkateswara is covered with a white veil. All the other Parivara deities and other objects are brought out of the sanctum sanctorum and cleaned with a fragrant mixture called “Parimalam” consisting of camphor, sandalwood, saffron, turmeric, kichiligadda(a tuber) etc.

This entire activity is performed from 6 am to 10 am. Then the cloth on the main deity is removed and the other  deities, lamps and puja objects are brought back inside. After that, special poojas and offerings are offered to the presiding deity.

This entire program is performed according to the tenets of Agama Shastra.

This Vedic program is performed four times a year. It is customary to perform this ceremony on the Tuesdays preceding Ugadi, Anivara Asthanam, Vaikuntha Ekadasi and the annual Brahmotsavams.

లోక్ సభ స్పీకర్ శ్రీ ఓం బిర్లా, రాజ్యసభ డిప్యూటీ చైర్మన్ శ్రీ హరివంశ్ నారాయణ్ సింగ్ లు ఆదివారం ఉదయం తిరుమల శ్రీవారిని దర్శించుకున్నారు.

ఆలయం వద్దకు చేరుకున్న స్పీకర్, రాజ్యసభ డిప్యూటీ చైర్మన్ లకు టీటీడీ చైర్మన్ శ్రీ బీ.ఆర్.నాయుడు, అదనపు ఈవో శ్రీ సి.హెచ్.వెంకయ్య చౌదరి సంప్రదాయబద్ధంగా స్వాగతం పలికి దర్శన ఏర్పాట్లు చేశారు.
వీరు ముందుగా ధ్వజస్తంభానికి నమస్కరించి ఆ తరువాత మూలమూర్తి దర్శనం చేసుకున్నారు. దర్శనానంతరం రంగనాయక మండపంలో వేదపండితులు వేదాశీర్వచనం చేశారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా టీటీడీ చైర్మన్, అదనపు ఈవో కలిసి తీర్థప్రసాదాలు, శ్రీవారి చిత్ర పటం అందించారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ఏపీ శాసన సభ స్పీకర్ శ్రీ అయ్యన్నపాత్రుడు, డిప్యూటీ స్పీకర్ శ్రీ రఘురామ కృష్ణంరాజు, రాజ్యసభ ఎంపీ శ్రీమతి సుధా నారాయణమూర్తి పాల్గొన్నారు.

తిరుమలలో శ్రీ వెంకటేశ్వర స్వామి వార్షిక బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలు సెప్టెంబర్ 24 నుండి అక్టోబర్ 02వ తేది వరకు జరగనున్న నేపథ్యంలో సెప్టెంబర్ 16న శ్రీవారి ఆలయంలో కోయిల్ ఆళ్వార్ తిరుమంజనం నిర్వహించనున్నారు.

ఆ రోజు అష్టదళ పాద పద్మారాధన సేవను టీటీడీ రద్దు చేసింది.
ప్రాముఖ్యత: 
తమిళంలో, కోయిల్ అంటే ‘పవిత్ర పుణ్యక్షేత్రం’, ఆళ్వార్ అంటే “భక్తుడు”, తిరు అంటే “శ్రేష్ఠo”, మంజనం అంటే  “స్నానం”.  కోయిల్ ఆల్వార్ తిరుమంజనం అంటే గర్భగుడి మరియు ఆలయ ప్రాంగణాన్ని భక్తులు శుద్ధి చేసే కార్యక్రమం అని అర్థం. 
ఈ శుద్ధి జరుగుతున్న సమయంలో శ్రీవారి ప్రధాన మూర్తిని ఒక తెల్లని వస్త్రంతో కప్పి ఉంచుతారు. అన్ని దేవతా మూర్తులను మరియు ఇతర వస్తువులను గర్భగుడి నుండి బయటికి తెచ్చి, కర్పూరం, గంధం, కుంకుమ, పసుపు, కిచ్చిలి గడ్డ మొదలైన వాటితో కూడిన “పరిమళం” అనే సుగంధ మిశ్రమంతో శుభ్రం చేస్తారు.
ఈ మొత్తం కార్యాచరణ ఉదయం 6 నుండి ఉదయం 10 గంటల వరకు ఒక మహా యజ్ఞం లా జరుగుతుంది. తర్వాత ప్రధాన దేవతపై ఉన్న వస్త్రాన్ని తొలగించి, లోపల ఇతర పరివార దేవతలు, దీపం మరియు పూజ వస్తువులను మరల లోనికి తీసుకొస్తారు . అనంతరం స్వామివారికి ప్రత్యేక పూజలు, నైవేద్యం సమర్పిస్తారు.
ఈ యావత్ కార్యక్రమం ఆగమ శాస్త్రం ప్రకారం నిర్వహించబడుతుంది.
కాగా సంవత్సరానికి నాలుగు సార్లు ఈ వైదిక కార్యక్రమం నిర్వహిస్తారు. ఉగాది, ఆణివార ఆస్థానం, వైకుంఠ ఏకాదశి మరియు వార్షిక బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలు ముందు వచ్చే మంగళవారం నాడు ఈ వేడుకను నిర్వహించడం ఆనవాయితీ.
సెప్టెంబర్ 16న వీఐపీ బ్రేక్ దర్శనం రద్దు:
టీటీడీ సెప్టెంబర్ 16న వీఐపీ బ్రేక్ దర్శనాలను (ప్రోటోకాల్ ప్రముఖులకు మినహా) రద్దు చేసింది. కావున సెప్టెంబర్ 15న ఎటువంటి సిఫార్సు లేఖలు స్వీకరించబడవు. భక్తులు ఈ విషయాన్ని గమనించి టీటీడీకి సహకరించవలసిందిగా విజ్ఞప్తి చేయడమైనది.

TTD Eo Inspects Various Areas inTirumala

 










The TTD Executive Officer Sri Anil Kumar Singhal carried out surprise inspections at various areas in Tirumala on Saturday morning.


He first inspected the Common Command Control Centre and directed the officials concerned to utilize advanced technology to provide better services to devotees. 

He instructed that new software and modern technology should be adopted in line with rapidly changing advancements.

The EO emphasized the need to strengthen the process of tracing missing persons in Tirumala by making it faster and more effective and suggested enhancing the capacity of the Common Command Control Centre by deploying staff in such a way that every inch of Tirumala can be monitored.

He instructed officials to implement facial recognition technology for real-time identification of individuals and monitoring of incidents. On this occasion, the EO also discussed with L&T staff the effective use of technology.

Later, the EO inspected the Luggage centers and interacted with the devotees. He enquired them about the time taken between receiving the darshan tokens and completing darshan. The devotees expressed satisfaction with the services being provided by TTD to them.

Subsequently, he visited Vaikuntham Queue Complex–2 and reviewed the facilities offered to devotees. On this occasion, he interacted with Srivari Sevaks from Srikakulam, Nanded in Maharashtra and appreciated their services to devotees.

The EO also instructed the Chief PRO Dr. T. Ravi to provide enhanced training to Srivari Sevaks so that they can extend  better services to the scores of devotees.

CVSO Sri Muralikrishna, Deputy EO Health Sri Somannarayana, Vigilance & Security Officers Sri Ram Kumar and Sri Surendra, Health Officer Dr Madhusudhan, and other officials accompanied the EO during these inspections.

తిరుమలలోని పలు ప్రాంతాల్లో శనివారం ఉదయం టీటీడీ ఈవో శ్రీ అనిల్ కుమార్ సింఘాల్ ఆకస్మిక తనిఖీలు నిర్వహించారు.

ముందుగా కమాండ్ కంట్రోల్ రూమ్ ను పరిశీలించిన ఆయన ఆధునిక సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానాన్ని వినియోగించి భక్తులకు మెరుగైన సేవలు అందించాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.
రోజు రోజుకూ మారుతున్న టెక్నాలజీని అనుసరించి నూతన సాఫ్ట్‌వేర్, ఆధునిక సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానం ఉపయోగించాలని సూచించారు.
తిరుమలలో మిస్సింగ్ పర్సన్స్ గుర్తించే ప్రక్రియ మరింత వేగంగా జరిగేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ఆదేశించారు.
తిరుమలలోని ప్రతి అంగుళాన్ని మానిటర్ చేయగల విధంగా సిబ్బందిని నియమించి కమాండ్ కంట్రోల్ సెంటర్ సామర్థ్యాన్ని పెంచాలని  సూచించారు.
రియల్ టైమ్‌లో వ్యక్తుల గుర్తింపు, ఘటనలపై నిఘా కోసం ఫేషియల్ రికగ్నిషన్ వ్యవస్థను వినియోగించాలని ఆదేశించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో ఎల్&టీ సిబ్బందితో కూడా టెక్నాలజీ వినియోగంపై చర్చించారు.
అనంతరం ఈవో లగేజీ కౌంటర్‌ను పరిశీలించి భక్తులతో మాట్లాడారు. దర్శన టోకెన్ పొందిన సమయం,  దర్శనం పూర్తైన సమయాలను వాకబు చేశారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా  భక్తులు తమ అభిప్రాయాలను వ్యక్తం చేస్తూ శ్రీవారి దర్శనం టీటీడీ సేవల పట్ల సంతృప్తి వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
అనంతరం ఆయన వైకుంఠం క్యూ కాంప్లెక్స్ -2 కు చేరుకుని భక్తులకు అందిస్తున్న సౌకర్యాలను పర్యవేక్షించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా శ్రీకాకుళం, మహారాష్ట్రలోని నాందేడ్ ప్రాంతాలకు చెందిన శ్రీవారి సేవకులతో మాట్లాడారు. భక్తులకు శ్రీవారి సేవకులు అందిస్తున్న సేవల పట్ల సంతోషం వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా శ్రీవారి సేవకులకు మరింత నాణ్యమైన శిక్షణ ఇచ్చి తద్వారా భక్తులకు మెరుగైన సేవలు అందించేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని సీపీఆర్వో డాక్టర్ టి.రవికి సూచించారు.
ఈ తనిఖీల్లో ఈవో వెంట సీవీఎస్వో శ్రీ మురళీకృష్ణ, డిప్యూటీ ఈవో శ్రీ సోమన్నారాయణ, వీజీవోలు శ్రీ రామ్ కుమార్, శ్రీ సురేంద్ర, హెల్త్ ఆఫీసర్ డా. మధుసూదన్, ఇతర అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Pavitrotsavams of Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy Vari Temple at Appalayagunta from 17th to 19th September

 




The annual Pavitrotsavams of Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy temple, Appalayagunta, will be observed with religious fervour from September 17 to 19. As a prelude to this annual fest,  Ankurarpanam will be performed on the evening of September 16.


The Pavitrotsavams are conducted traditionally to ward off any lapses that might have occurred unknowingly by devotees or by the temple staff in daily rituals, thereby ensuring the sanctity of the temple.

September 17 - Pavitra Pratishtha

September 18 - Pavitra Samarpana and Pavitra Homams

September 19 - Maha Poornahuti and Pavitra Visarjana

During all these three days, in the mornings, Snapana Tirumanjanam will be performed to the processional deities of Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy along with Sridevi and Bhudevi.

అప్పలాయగుంట శ్రీ ప్రసన్న వేంకటేశ్వరస్వామి వారి ఆలయంలో సెప్టెంబ‌రు 17 నుండి 19వ తేదీ వ‌ర‌కు పవిత్రోత్సవాలు శాస్త్రోక్తంగా నిర్వ‌హించ‌నున్నారు. ఇందుకోసం సెప్టెంబ‌రు 16న సాయంత్రం అంకురార్ప‌ణ జ‌రుగ‌నుంది.

యాత్రికుల వల్ల, సిబ్బంది వల్ల తెలియక జరిగే దోషాలవల్ల ఆలయ పవిత్రతకు ఎలాంటి లోపం రానీయకుండా నివారించేందుకు పవిత్రోత్సవాలు నిర్వహించడం ఆనవాయితీ.
పవిత్రోత్సవాల్లో మొదటి రోజైన సెప్టెంబ‌రు 17న‌ పవిత్ర ప్రతిష్ఠ, సెప్టెంబ‌రు 18న పవిత్ర సమర్పణ, పవిత్ర హోమాలు చేపడతారు. చివరిరోజు సెప్టెంబ‌రు 19న మహాపూర్ణాహుతి, పవిత్ర విసర్జన జ‌రుగ‌నుంది. ప‌విత్రోత్స‌వాల సంద‌ర్భంగా ప్ర‌తి రోజు ఉద‌యం శ్రీ‌దేవి, భూదేవి స‌మేత శ్రీ ప్ర‌స‌న్న వేంక‌టేశ్వ‌ర‌స్వామివారి ఉత్స‌వ‌ర్ల‌కు స్నపన తిరుమంజనం నిర్వ‌హిస్తారు.
