As part of the Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavam, the troupe of P Anand Jayaram from Tamil Nadu entertained the denizens with the traditional Bharatanatyam dance form "Andal Ranganathula Kalyana Vaibhavam" at the Tirupati Mahathi Auditorium on Wednesday evening.
The program began with a dance tribute. Then dances like Goda Stuti, Varnam, Dashavatara Stuti followed in a colourful manner.
This program was held under the auspices of Hindu Religious Projects.
Dr. Alladi Sandhya, Senior Deputy Editor of TTD run Saptagiri Monthly Magazine, local devotees participated in the program.
శ్రీవారి సాలకట్ల బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల్లో భాగంగా తిరుపతి మహతి కళాక్షేత్రంలో తమిళనాడుకు చెందిన పి.ఆనంద్ జయరామ్ బృందం తమ నృత్య కళాకారులతో ప్రదర్శించిన "ఆండాళ్ రంగనాథుల కళ్యాణ వైభవ" భరతనాట్య సంప్రదాయ నృత్య రూపకం సభను అలరించింది.
ఈ కార్యక్రమం నృత్యాంజలితో ప్రారంభమయ్యింది. ఆపై గోదా స్తుతి, తదుపరి వర్ణం, శ్రీమన్నారాయణుని శ్రీపాదమే శరణు, దశావతారస్తుతి వంటి నృత్యములు నయనానందకరంగా సాగింది.
ఈ కార్యక్రమం హిందూ ధార్మిక ప్రాజెక్టుల ఆధ్వర్యంలో జరిగింది.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో సప్తగిరి మాసపత్రిక సీనియర్ ఉప సంపాదకురాలు డా. అల్లాడి సంధ్య, భక్తులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
The Honourable Vice President of India Sri C.P. Radhakrishnan visited Srivari temple in Tirumala on Wednesday night and had his maiden darshan along with his entourage.
On reaching the temple, he was welcomed by Chief Minister Sri Nara Chandrababu Naidu, TTD Chairman Sri BR Naidu, EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal.
Later, he went to the temple and had darshan of Srivaru. He visited the sub temples of Sri Vakulamata, Vimana Venkateswara Swamy, Bhashyakarla Sannidhi and Yoga Narasimha Swamy.
Later the vice president also participated in Pedda Sesha Vahana Seva.

As part of the ongoing annual Salakatla Brahmotsavams of Sri Venkateswara Swamy in Tirumala, on Wednesday evening, Sri Srinivasa Swamy blessed devotees in a grand procession on the mighty Pedda Sesha Vahanam along the four Mada Streets.
On this occasion, 19 cultural troupes hailing from various states across the country enthralled devotees with their vibrant performances, adding grandeur to the event.
Maharastra, Assam, West Bengal, Tripura, rich cultural ethos of Bengal besides Southern states and Pondicherry performed spectacular artforms.
In total, 19 cultural troupes comprising 472 artists from these states provided a visual and spiritual treat for the devotees waiting in galleries.
Protecting the sanctity of Tirumala is the topmost priority, asserted the Honourable CM of AP, Sri N Chandrababu Naidu.
After completing the darshan of Sri Venkateswara Swamy in Tirumala temple, in his speech from the Ranganayakula Mandapam of Srivari Temple on Wednesday evening, the CM of AP said, ''Srivaru blessed me with the rarest opportunity of presenting the pattu vastrams in the capacity of CM, several times that no one else has. I strongly believe that He saved my life in the Alipiri incident for a good cause. The Annaprasadam activity commenced by late Sri NT Rama Rao some decades ago in Tirumala, has now developed into manyfold, feeding lakhs of pilgrims every day with the interest amount of the Trust funds that have crossed over Rs.2200cr. I request that the TTD Board Chairman, members and officials shall plan to extend the Annaprasadam activity in other TTD-run temples as well'', he added.
On SRIVANI Trust he said, TTD has so far received Rs.2038 crores as donations to the Trust. For the construction of the temples, so far, Rs.837 crore have been spent. More temples should be constructed in remote villages and for this mighty activity, donors should come forward with their largesse'', he maintained.
The day Srivaru blessed me with a second life, we started the SV Pranadana Trust in TTD. Rs 709 crores have been donated to the Pranadana Trust so far, towards medical aid to the poor and needy patients. TTD should take steps to improve medical facilities in Rayalaseema with these donations", he added.
Lauding the services of Srivari Seva Volunteers, the CM said ''So far around 17 lakh sevaks have rendered impeccable services to devotees out of which 12 lakh are women and five lakh are men volunteers since its inception in 2000. The Srivari Sevaks are a true asset and the quality of their services need to be enhanced to extract better services for devotees'', he maintained.
Adding further he said,'People should live healthy, happy and with content. For this TTD should take steps to prioritize Annaprasadam in all its temples, temple construction, enhance Srivari Seva activity in a big way", he reiterated.
తిరుమల పవిత్రత, పరిరక్షణకు అత్యంత ప్రాధాన్యత ఇస్తామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు తెలిపారు. శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర స్వామివారిని దర్శించుకున్న అనంతరం, బుధవారం సాయంత్రం రంగనాయకుల మండపం నుండి భక్తులను ఉద్దేశించి ముఖ్యమంత్రి ప్రసంగించారు.
“ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా పట్టు వస్త్రాలు సమర్పించే అరుదైన అవకాశం స్వామివారు పలుమార్లు ప్రసాదించారన్నారు. అలిపిరి ఘటనలో నా ప్రాణాలను రక్షించడం కూడా ఆయన సంకల్పమేనని నేను గాఢంగా విశ్వసిస్తున్నానని అన్నారు.
అన్నప్రసాదంపై మాట్లాడుతూ, దాదాపు నాలుగు దశాబ్దాల క్రితం దివంగత ఎన్.టి.రామారావు ప్రారంభించిన ఈ సత్కార్యం నేడు అనేక రెట్లు విస్తరించి, ప్రతిరోజూ లక్షలాది మంది భక్తులకు అన్నప్రసాదం అందజేస్తోందని పేర్కొన్నారు. ఈ సేవను అన్ని టిటిడి ఆలయాలకు విస్తరించాలని టిటిడి చైర్మన్, బోర్డు సభ్యులు, అధికారులను ఆయన కోరారు.
శ్రీవాణి ట్రస్ట్ ఇప్పటివరకు రూ.2,038 కోట్లు విరాళాలు అందిందని, అందులో రూ.837 కోట్లు ఆలయ నిర్మాణానికి ఖర్చు చేశారు. రూ.200 కోట్లకుపైగా వడ్డీ రూపంలో కూడా వచ్చాయన్నారు. ఐదు వేల ఆలయాల నిర్మాణానికి శ్రీకారం చుట్టినట్లు తెలిపారు. 29 రాష్ట్రాల రాజధానులలో శ్రీవారి ఆలయాలను నిర్మించేందుకు చర్యలు చేపట్టాలని, వివిధ దేశాల్లో శ్రీవారి భక్తులు అధికంగా ఉండే ప్రాంతాల్లో శ్రీవారి ఆలయాలను నిర్మించాలని సూచించారు. శ్రీవారిని ప్రపంచ వ్యాప్తంగా ఆరాధించే అవకాశం కల్పించేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని, దీనికి దాతలు విస్తృతంగా ముందుకు రావాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు.
తనకు ప్రాణభిక్ష పెట్టిన రోజునే ఎస్వి ప్రాణదాన ట్రస్ట్ను టిటిడిలో ప్రారంభించామని గుర్తుచేశారు. ఇప్పటివరకు రూ.709 కోట్లు ఈ ట్రస్టుకు విరాళంగా వచ్చాయన్నారు. ఈ ట్రస్ట్ ద్వారా పేదలకు, అవసరమైన రోగులకు వైద్య సహాయంగా ఖర్చు చేస్తున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. రాయలసీమ ప్రాంతంలో వైద్య సౌకర్యాలను అభివృద్ధి చేయాలని టిటిడిని కోరారు.
స్వామివారి సేవకుల సేవలను కొనియాడుతూ,
స్వామివారి సేవకులు స్వామివారి నిజమైన సంపద అని, తిరుమల పవిత్రతను కాపాడే ఆవశ్యకతను ప్రజల్లో విస్తరించాల్సిన బాధ్యత వారిదేనన్నారు.
2000 సంవత్సరంలో ప్రారంభమైన ఈ సేవలో ఇప్పటివరకు 17 లక్షల సేవకులు—12 లక్షల మహిళలు, 5 లక్షల పురుషులు—తిరుమల చేరే భక్తులకు అద్భుతమైన సేవలు అందిస్తున్నారని పేర్కొన్నారు.
ప్రజలు ఆరోగ్యవంతంగా, సంతోషంగా, సంతృప్తిగా జీవించాలని ఆకాంక్షించారు. ఇందుకోసం టిటిడి అన్నప్రసాదం, ఆలయ నిర్మాణం, ప్రాణదానం, స్వామివారి సేవలకు ప్రాధాన్యం ఇవ్వాలని సూచించారు.
