With elephants, bulls, and horses leading the procession, devotional singing groups performed bhajans and kolatam dances as the Lord moved through the four mada streeAts surrounding the temple.
The darshan of the Lord on the Pearl Palanquin, which brings joy to the mind, gave devotees immense bliss. According to astrology, pearls are considered symbolic of the Moon. It is believed that darshan of the Lord beneath the pearl canopy removes hardships and grants peace and coolness to the lives of devotees.
In this vahanaseva, Temple Deputy EO Smt. Nagaratna, Temple Inspector Sri Suresh, temple priests, and a large number of devotees participated.

The CM was formally invited by the TTD Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary to attend the State festival of Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam scheduled to take place on April 01 at the ancient Sri Kodandarama Swamy temple in Vontimitta, Kadapa district.
DyEO Sri Sivaprasad, vedic scholars were also present.
Later the TTD team led by the Additional EO also met the Honourable Governor of the state Sri Abdul Nazeer on the occasion and rendered Vedaseervachanam and offered Swamivari Prasadams. The Governor was also accorded invitation for Vontimitta Kalyanotsavam.
The Darshan of the Lord in the form associated with the lion symbolizes awakening of inner strength and energy. It inspires devotees to overcome laziness, act with determination, and achieve success with courage and leadership. Through this Simha Vahanam, the Lord signifies that He, along with His vehicle the lion, stands united in destroying evil forces driven by ignorance.
Later, Snapanam (sacred ablution) was performed from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. During the ritual, the Utsava deities of Lord Kodandarama along with Sita and Lakshmana were ceremonially bathed with milk, curd, honey, coconut water, turmeric, and sandalwood.
In the evening, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM, the Lord will bless devotees on the Mutyapu Pandiri Vahanam.
The event was attended by Temple Deputy EO Smt. Nagaratna, Temple Inspectors Sri Suresh Babu and Sri Hari Krishna, temple priests, and a large number of devotees.
The presiding deity as well the Utsava Murthies were offered new Vastrams on the occasion.
As a part of Asthanam, Panchanga Sravanam was presented by Vedic scholar in front of Sri Bhu Sameta Sri Malayappa Swamy and Vishvaksena in Bangaru Vakili.
Later Harati and Prasadams were offered with which the traditional temple court concluded in a grand manner.
Later the devotees were allowed for Darshan.
Both the Tirumala Pontiffs, TTD EO Sri. M Ravichandra, board members, JEO Health and Education Dr Sharath, CVSO Sri Muralikrishna and other temple officials were also present.
TTD EO extended Ugadi Greetings to all the devotees of Sri Venkateswara Swamy present across the world on the occasion.
Floral decorations enhance grandeur
The floral decorations by TTD Garden Department enhanced the grandeur of Sri Parabhavanama Ugadi festivities in Tirumala.
The entire temple premises, Maha Dwaram, floral dioramas in front of the temple, GNC toll Gate attracted the devotees.
