అక్టోబర్ నెలలో తిరుమలలో నిర్వహించే విశేష పర్వదినాల వివరాలు ఇలా ఉన్నాయి.

•  అక్టోబర్ 11న శ్రీవారి నవరాత్రి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలకు అంకురార్పణ.

•  అక్టోబర్ 12న శ్రీవారి నవరాత్రి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలు ప్రారంభం.

•  అక్టోబర్ 16న శ్రీవారి బ్రహ్మోత్సవ గరుడ సేవ

•  అక్టోబర్ 20న శ్రీవారి నవరాత్రి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల అవభృథం, శ్రీ వేదాంత దేశికులు శాత్తుమొర.

•  అక్టోబర్ 21న బూదత్తాళ్వార్ వర్ష తిరు నక్షత్రం.

•  అక్టోబర్ 26న పౌర్ణమి గరుడసేవ.

In view of the expected increase in the pilgrim rush during the Peratasi month and the ensuing holidays, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has decided to cancel VIP Break Darshan (except for protocol VIPs) on Thursday, October 1, and Monday, October 5.

At present, around 80,000 devotees are having darshan of Lord Venkateswara every day. 

In addition, nearly 30,000 devotees arriving on the same day are being accommodated for darshan on the following day. 

This has resulted in longer waiting times for common devotees.

To facilitate quicker darshan for a larger number of common devotees, TTD has taken the decision to cancel VIP Break Darshan on the above dates.

Consequently, recommendation letters for Break Darshan will not be accepted on the preceding days, that is, on Wednesday, September 30, and on Sunday, October 4.

The devotees are requested to take note of the decision by TTD taken in view of the heavy pilgrim rush and extend their cooperation.

తిరుమలలో ప్రస్తుతం భక్తుల రద్దీ కొనసాగుతోంది. పెరటాసి మాసం, అలాగే రాబోయే వరుస సెలవుల నేపథ్యంలో భక్తుల రద్దీ మరింత పెరిగే అవకాశం ఉన్నందున టీటీడీ కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది.

అక్టోబర్ 1వ తేదీ గురువారం, అక్టోబర్ 5వ తేదీ సోమవారం ప్రోటోకాల్ ప్రముఖులకు మినహా వీఐపీ బ్రేక్ దర్శనాలను రద్దు చేయడం జరిగింది.

ప్రస్తుతం రోజుకు  సుమారు 80  వేలమంది భక్తులకు స్వామివారి దర్శనం చేయించడం జరుగుతోంది. అయినప్పటికీ  అదే రోజు అదనంగా వచ్చి దర్శనానికి నిరీక్షించే దాదాపు 30 వేల మంది భక్తులు తర్వాత రోజు స్వామివారిని దర్శించుకునే పరిస్థితి ఏర్పడుతోంది. దీంతో సామాన్య భక్తులు స్వామివారి దర్శనం కోసం వేచి ఉండే సమయం  మరింత పెరుగుతోంది. ఈ కారణంగా అధిక సంఖ్యలో సామాన్య భక్తులకు త్వరితగతిన శ్రీవారి దర్శనం కల్పించేందుకు ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకోవడం జరిగింది.

బ్రేక్ దర్శనాలు రద్దు చేసిన తేదీలకు సంబంధించి ముందు రోజు అనగా సెప్టెంబర్ 30వ తేది బుధవారం, అక్టోబర్ 4వ తేది ఆదివారం సిఫార్సు లేఖలు స్వీకరించబడవు. అధిక రద్దీని దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని టీటీడీ తీసుకున్న ఈ నిర్ణయాన్ని గమనించి సహకరించాల్సిందిగా భక్తులకు టీటీడీ విజ్ఞప్తి చేయడమైనది.

A devotee, Ms. Pujita Sriramaneni from  Srinivasapuram of Tiruchanoor, donated Rs. 10lakh to SV Pranadana Trust of TTD on Monday.

She met the TTD Chairman Sri BR Naidu at his Camp office and handed over the donation DD.

TTD Chairman Sri B.R. Naidu on Monday laid the foundation stone for the renovation of the nearly 200-year-old Pushkarini at Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple in Tarigonda at a cost of Rs.1.50 crore from TTD funds.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chairman said he was happy to initiate the renovation of the historic Pushkarini in Tarigonda, the birthplace of Matru Sri Tarigonda Vengamamba. He recalled that TTD has established an Annaprasadam distribution centre in Tirumala in the name of Tarigonda Vengamamba. He directed officials to complete the Pushkarini renovation works quickly and as per quality standards for the benefit of devotees.

TTD JEO Dr. A. Sarat said remembering Lord Venkateswara promotes peace and harmony in society. As part of Dharma Pracharam, he appealed to people to visit temples and strengthen their devotion. He said, as directed by Chief Minister Sri N. Chandrababu Naidu, TTD has initiated works for the construction of 5,000 temples through the SVANI Trust. The Pushkarini renovation works at Tarigonda will be completed within the stipulated time, he added.

Poornakumbha Welcome

The TTD Chairman was accorded a Poornakumbha welcome by the priests on his arrival at the temple. He had darshan of Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy and received Vedic blessings. The Chairman and Board members were felicitated with shawls and presented with Teertha Prasadam.

After circumambulating the temple, the Chairman performed special prayers and unveiled the foundation stone for the Pushkarini renovation works.
