Kanyakumari Temple Opens on 27th Jan

Tirupati, 30 Nov. 18: Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple which ia coming up at Kanyakumari is all set for a ceremonial opening with Maha Kumbhabhishekam on January 27, next year, said TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal.

Reviewing about the temple with the concerned officials in his chambers' in TTD administrative building on Friday the EO directed to keep ready all the silk vastrams, flowers which are required for daily rituals when once the temple is opened.

He also instructed the concerned to develop gardens surrounding the temple, electrical illumination to be done, toilets to be constructed, accommodation for Archakas, CC TVs and Door-frame metal detectors to be installed in the temple. 

CE Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy, FACAO Sri Balaji, SE 1 Sri Ramesh Reddy and others were also present.
