Aadi Krithika at Sri Kapileswara Swamy Vari Temple on 16th August

The Aadi Krithika festival will be celebrated at the Sri Kapileswara Swamy Temple in Tirupati on August 16.

As part of the festivities, Snapana Tirumanjanam will be performed to the Utsava Murthies of Sri Valli Devasena Sametha Subramanya Swamy from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., with a special abhishekam using milk, curd, honey, sandal paste, and other fragrant ingredients.

In the evening, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., a Tiruveedhi Utsavam will be conducted, wherein the processional deities of Sri Valli Devasena Sametha Subrahmanya Swamy will be taken in a procession around the temple streets.
