Special Festivals in Tiruchanoor Circle Temples During September

The following are special events lined up in Tiru

At Sri Padmavati Ammavaru temple:

September 2: Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam for annual Pavitrotsavams

September 4: Ankurarpanam for Patrotsavams.

September 5–7: Annual Patrotsavams.

September 7: On account of Lunar Eclipse, the temple will remain closed from 2:15 p.m. onwards.

September 12, 19, 26 (Fridays): At 6:00 p.m., Ammavaru will be taken in a procession along the four Mada Streets to bless devotees.

At Sri Sundararaja Swamy Temple:

September 9: On Uttara Bhadra Nakshatram, Swamy will be taken in a procession along the four Mada Streets at 6pm.

At Sri Balarama Krishna Swamy Temple:

September 14: On Rohini Nakshatram, Swamy will bless devotees on Pedda Sesha Vahanam at 7pm.

At Sri Suryanarayana Swamy Temple:

September 23: On Hasta Nakshatram, Swamy will give darshan to devotees at 5pm.

At Tiruchanur Srinivasa Temple:

September 6, 13, 20, 27 (Saturdays): Abhishekam will be performed to the Moolavarlu of Sri Venkateswara Swamy at 8am.
