Varalakshmi Vratam for the First Time at Karvetinagaram

For the first time, the auspicious Sri Varalakshmi Vratham will be observed at the Sri Mahalakshmi Sannidhi in Sri Venugopalaswamy Temple, Karvetinagaram, on August 8 from 10 AM to 12 Noon.

Couples wishing to participate can register online or offline at the temple by paying Rs. 500. Participants will receive a traditional offering kit, including upper cloth, blouse piece, laddu, appam, kumkuma, prasadam, and a kit bag.

Teppotsavams from August 6 to 8

The annual Teppotsavams will be celebrated from August 6 to 8. On August 6, Sri Kodandaramaswamy along with Sita and Lakshmana will grace the float. On August 7 and 8, Sri Venugopalaswamy with Rukmini and Satyabhama will give darshan on the float from 6.30 PM to 8 PM.

Each day, Snapana Tirumanjanam will be performed from 9.30 AM to 10.30 AM, followed by a Tiruveedhi Utsavam from 5 PM to 6.30 PM.

Spiritual and devotional programs will be conducted under the aegis of the Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad and Annamacharya Project during this festival.
