Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam in Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy Vari Temple

The traditional temple cleansing ritual, Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam was performed with religious fervour at Sri Kodandarama Swamy Temple in Tirupati on Friday, ahead of the Deepavali Asthanam, which will be held on October 20.

During this sacred cleaning ceremony, the entire temple premises including walls, ceilings, and puja materials were cleaned with water. Afterwards, a fragrant mixture made of aromatic substances, known as "Parimalam'' was sprinkled throughout the temple for purification and sanctity.

The devotees are allowed for darshan from 10:30 AM onwards.

Temple Deputy Executive Officer Smt. Nagaratna and other temple staff participated in the event.
