Union Home Minister Amit Shah Heaps Praises On Team Hanu-Man







Creative director Prasanth Varma’s original Indian superhero film Hanu-Man starring Teja Sajja emerged as a sensational hit. The movie recently completed its 50 days run and the team celebrated the occasion majestically. It is a huge profit maker for the producer K Niranjan Reddy of PrimeShow Entertainment and buyers in all areas. The movie which is a commercial hit won the appreciation of many celebrities from all walks of life.


The latest to join the list is The Honourable Minister of Home Affairs of India, Shri Amit Shah, who heaped praises on team Hanu-Man for their commendable job in showcasing Bharat’s spiritual traditions and the superheroes that have emerged from them. He further extended best wishes to the team for their future projects.

Director Prasanth Varma, hero Teja Sajja, and producer K Niranjan Reddy met Amit Shah in Hyderabad when the Home Minister visited the city to attend a Party Meeting. The team Hanu-Man presented Amit Shah with a shield of Hanuman.

Amit Shah shared the pictures from the meeting and wrote: “Met the talented actor Shri @tejasajja123 and film director Shri @PrasanthVarma of the recent superhit movie Hanuman. The team has done a commendable job of showcasing Bharat's spiritual traditions and the superheroes that have emerged from them. Best wishes to the team for their future projects”. In the pictures, we can also see another Union Minister G Kishan Reddy.

The team Hanu-Man is super thrilled with this gesture from Amit Shah. Director Prasanth Varma expressing his excitement stated, “It was a privilege meeting you sir 🤗Your kind words and encouragement have left a lasting impact on us 🙏

The movie will soon have its OTT release. On the other hand, Prasanth Varma is occupied with the pre-production of Hanu-Man’s sequel titled Jai Hanuman.

Chilkuri Sushil Rao’s “Hero of the sea’ documentary wins award at 8th Indian World Film Festival in Hyderabad






 



A documentary titled “Hero Of The Sea” produced and directed by Chilkuri Sushil Rao of Hyderabad has won an award at the 8th Indian World Film Festival-2024 held in Hyderabad on March 10. It got an ‘honourable jury mention’ at the awards ceremony. 

The documentary focuses on the Indian Navy’s firm action against pirates who in recent times have tried to attack ships. The documentary showcases the willpower of five Indians who were taken captive by pirates in Nigeria in 2019, to stay strong and how they survived the ordeal. They were let free only after 70 days with the intervention of the authorities.

More than 200 entries were received for the film festival organised by Noida-based Mumbai Box Office. Out of these 83 were officially selected. From these, the winners were picked by an international jury in various categories including feature films, feature documentaries, short documentaries, animation, documentaries and music videos. 

“The Hero Of The Sea” was picked by the jury for an ‘honourable mention award’.

The winners in all categories were presented mementos and certificates were presented  by D C Singh, chief advisor and Rambhul Singh, film director and founder of Mini Box Office.

This is the eighth year in which the festival was organised in Hyderabad. Throughout the year, film festivals are organised in eight big festivals in different cities in the country with some of them having been organised for the 12th year in succession. 

At the awards ceremony, Sushil Rao was also presented with an award that he had won at the 12th Mumbai International Film Festival organsied in December 2023 for  documentary “Oscar Challagariga” which got a Special Festival Mention in the festival. A ‘Certificate of Excellence’ was also presented to Sushil Rao for his short documentary entry “Human Feelings in Robot Wars’ which got selected in the 11th Noida International Film Festival-24 held in January. 

Daniel Mendoza Leal of Colombia‘ received an award for his Spanish film ‘Matarife La Pelicula’. Emi Ogawa of Japan received two awards that  ‘Samurai Tiger’ made by Miyaobi Pictures won at the 11th Noida International Film Festival-24.

Hon'ble Governor of Telangana inaugurated the Handicraft Exhibition























The Hon'ble Governor of Telangana, Dr. (Smt.) Tamilisai Soundararajan, inaugurated a Handicraft Exhibition today at the Rashtrapati Nilayam in Hyderabad.

The Governor Dr. (Smt.) Tamilisai Soundararajan stated, "This exhibition serves as a platform to showcase the diverse traditions of Indian handloom and handicrafts, highlighting the extraordinary talent and skills of artisans from across the nation."

She further appealed to everyone to seize the opportunity to visit Rashtrapati Nilayam and immerse themselves in the beauty of Indian history, culture, and artistry.

Prior to the inauguration, the Visitors Facilitation Centre and Handloom exhibition at Rashtrapati Nilayam was virtually inaugurated by the Hon'ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu Ji, and Hon’ble Governor and Hon’ble Minister for Transport and BC Welfare, Government of Telangana participated in inaugural function.

Governor Participates in 37th Foundation Day Celebration of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram









The Hon'ble Governor of Telangana and Lt. Governor of Puducherry, Dr. (Smt.) Tamilisai Soundararajan, participated as the chief guest in the state celebration of the 37th Foundation Day of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram at the Raj Bhavan of Telangana on February 20th.

The event commenced with the Governor extending warm wishes to the people of both states on their foundation day. She expressed her gratitude to Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji for initiating such a meaningful event. which really paves the way for national integration.

In her address, Dr. (Smt.) Tamilisai Soundararajan highlighted the strong cultural and emotional ties between Arunachal Pradesh, and Mizoram with Telangana. She drew a insightful connection between Arunachal Pradesh and South India, referencing the revered Lord Arunachalesvara temple in the Tiruvannamalai district of Tamil Nadu.

The program featured video messages from the Hon'ble Governors of both Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram. The celebration came alive with vibrant cultural performances, including a fascinating bamboo dance by talented participants from both states.

R. Lalhriatpuii, a Ph.D. scholar at Hyderabad University, anchored the event. Distinguished speakers, including Dr. Christina Z. Chongthu, IAS, Secretary of the Health Department, Government of Telangana; Dr. C. Vanlalhruaii, Assistant Professor at Hyderabad University; and Ejum Riba, a Master's student at Hyderabad University, addressed the gathering and shared their perspectives on the occasion. Esteemed guests from both states joined the celebration, adding to the festive atmosphere.

On the occasion of Dussehra, NTR's "Devara," is set to release on October 10




Devara, starring NTR, has been progressing with full force. Directed by the masterful Koratala Siva, this movie promises to be a global spectacle. Bollywood beauty Janhvi Kapoor is cast as the leading lady, while another Bollywood star, Saif Ali Khan, is set to entertain in a key role.


The film is being made in two parts, with the first installment, "Devara Part 1," scheduled for a worldwide release on October 10. The makers have announced a grand release for "Devara Part 1" on October 10, on the occasion of Dussehra festival, in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages.

The release date poster has been impressing fans online, who are celebrating after seeing NTR's look. The poster suggests that the action sequences will be intense and that NTR's character will be portrayed with a heightened sense of mass appeal.

The glimpses of "Devara" released so far have trended and set records on social media, showcasing the film's anticipated impact. NTR plays the title role in "Devara," with Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Tovino Thomas, Shine Tom Chacko, and Narain in key roles.

Devara is a highly anticipated film presented by Nandamuri Kalyan Ram while it is bankrolled under the banner of NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts. Mikkilineni Sudhakar and Hari Krishna K are the producers. Anirudh Ravichander is scoring the music. Sreekar Prasad is handling the editing works, R. Rathnavelu is acting as the cinematographer, and Sabu Cyril is the production designer.
