Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy Vari Temple Asthanam




The Deepavali Asthanam in Sri Kodanda Ramalayam in Tirupati will be observed on October 31.

In connection with this fete, Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam will be observed on October 30.

TTD has cancelled different sevas owing to the Deepavali Asthanam in the temple on that day.

Ankurarpanam Held




The Ankurarpanam fete for the annual Pavitrotsavams was observed on Monday in Chandragiri Kodanda Ramalayam.


The annual fete will be observed from October 22-24.

Devotees willing to participate in this fete shall pay Rs. 200 on which two persons will be allowed.

Pavitra Malas, Theertha Prasadams will be presented to the Grihasta devotees.

Diwali Asthanam at Srivari Temple on 31st October




On the auspicious day of Deepavali,  Asthanam will be held in Tirumala temple on October 31.


The religious ritual takes place in the Ghanta Mandapam inside Bangaru Vakili from 7 am to 9 am.

As part of the Asthanam, Sri Malayappa Swamy along with the Sridevi and Bhudevi will be offered prayers on the Sarvabhoopala Vahanam facing the Garudalwar.  

Sri Vishvaksena, the commander-in-chief, is also enshrined on another pedestal to the left of the Sri Malayappa facing South.

After that, special puja, harati and prasadams are offered to the deities by the priests with which Deepavali Asthanam concludes.

At 5pm, Sri Malayappa Swamy along with Sridevi and Bhudevi will participate in Sahasra Deepalankarana Seva and walk around the four mada streets majestically to bless the devotees.

TTD has cancelled the Tiruppavada, Kalyanotsavam, Unjal Seva and Arjitha Brahmotsavam on October 31 due to Deepavali Asthanam.

Sealed Tenders for Sale of Empty Tinson 23rd October




TTD invites sealed tenders for empty tins used for packing ghee, oil and cashew nuts in Tirumala Srivari Temple and other affiliated temples.  


The tenderers can collect the used empty tins from TTD till 31st March 2025.

Sealed tenders should be submitted at the Marketing (Auction) Office, Harekrishna Road, Tirupati by 3 PM on 23rd October.

Karthika Masa Special Abhishekams at Sri Kapileswara Swamy Vari Temple




In the holy month of Kartika, a special Abhishekam will be performed at the temple of Sri Kapileswara Swamy in Tirupati.


Special pooja will be held in the temple every day during this entire month.

As part of this, on November 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th, at 2 am in the morning, the deity is awakened and abhishekam is performed.  

Devotees are offered darshan from 5 am to 2 pm and from 4.30 pm to 9 pm.  

Abhishekam and Sahasranamarchana will be performed from 2.30 to 4.30 pm.

Abhishekam will be held to Sri Chandikeswara Swamy along with the Trisula Snanam on December 1 from 12 noon to 1 pm.  

From 6 pm to 7 pm, Lakshdeeparadhana, Panchamurthy Aradhana to Sri Vigneswara Swamy, Sri Valli Devasena Sameta Subramanya Swamy, Sri Kapileswara Swamy, Sri Kamakshi Ammavaru, Sri Chandikeswara Swamy will be performed.  

After that, Panchamurthys are paraded through the city streets.

Tiruchanoor Fete from 28th Nov to 06th Dec Dec- TTD JEO









The annual Brahmotsavam of Sri Padmavati Devi of Tiruchanoor temple will be observed from November 28 to December 06, said TTD JEO Sri Veerabraham.


Directing the officials of all departments to make advance arrangements to organize the Brahmotsavam on par with Tirumala Brahmotsavam in grandeur, on Friday, he along with the officials concerned inspected Ammavari Temple, Pushkarini, Mada streets, vacant land near Navajeevan Eye Hospital, Ghantasala Circle, High School surroundings, Pasupu Mandapam, Pudi Road and other areas. 

Speaking on the occasion, the JEO said that all the departments of TTD should make coordinated arrangements with Panchayat and Police towards a hassle free darshan to devotees.

"The devotees who come for Brahmotsavam can have darshan of the presiding deity as well as Vahana Sevas in a satisfying manner which is possible with our team work'', he reiterated.   

On the day of Panchami Teertham, the last day of the annual Brahmotsavam, areas should be earmarked for the parking of' vehicles alongside Pudi Road, Renigunta and Market Yard areas.  

Similarly, German sheds should be set up at Navjeevan Eye Hospital, High School and Goshala (Pudi Road) for devotees to relax.  

The authorities were also instructed to arrange appropriate gates for entering and exiting Pushkarini.  Since Tamil Nadu devotees are more likely to come, sign boards should be prepared in Tamil.

TTD CVSO Mr. Sridhar said that strong security arrangements will be made in coordination with the local police so that the devotees do not face any security problems during Ammavari Brahmotsavam.  

He said that strong security arrangements will be made at the sheds, queue lines and Pushkarini where devotees will gather in large numbers on the day of Panchami Teertham. 

The CVSO also said that the procession of Sare covering the routes from Tirumala to Pasupu Mandapam will be examined beforehand and steps will be taken without any traffic problems along that route.
