తిరుమలలో టీటీడీ ఈవో విస్తృత తనిఖీలు TTD Eo Inspections

 











శ్రీవారి దర్శనార్థం తిరుమలకు విచ్చేసే భక్తులకు మెరుగైన సేవలు అందించేందుకు టీటీడీ ఈవో శ్రీ జె. శ్యామలరావు, అదనపు ఈవో శ్రీ సి.హెచ్. వెంకయ్య చౌదరితో శనివారం విస్తృత తనిఖీలు నిర్వహించారు.


ఈ సందర్భంగా తిరుమలలోని సీఆర్వో కార్యాలయాన్ని ఆధునీకరించేందుకు చేపట్టిన ప్రణాళికలను సంబంధిత అధికారులతో కలిసి పరిశీలించారు. భవిష్యత్తులో యాత్రికుల సంఖ్య పెరుగుతున్న దృష్ట్యా అధునాతన సౌకర్యాలతో సీఆర్వోను ఆధునీకరించేందుకు ఉన్న అవకాశాలను అధికారులతో ఆరా తీశారు.

అదేవిధంగా నూతనంగా నిర్మించిన యాత్రికుల వసతి సముదాయం-5 భవనాన్ని పరిశీలించి వెయిటింగ్ హాళ్లు, శుభ్రత, భద్రత ఏర్పాట్లపై అధికారులతో చర్చించారు.

ఈ తనిఖీల్లో టీటీడీ చీఫ్ ఇంజనీర్ శ్రీ సత్య నారాయణ, ఈఈ శ్రీ వేణు గోపాల్, డీఈ శ్రీ చంద్ర శేఖర్, డిప్యూటీ ఈవోలు శ్రీ భాస్కర్, శ్రీ సోమన్నారాయణ, టౌన్ ప్లానింగ్ ఆఫీసర్ శ్రీ రాముడు, హెల్త్ ఆఫీసర్ శ్రీ మధుసూదన్, తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

In a move to further enhance facilities for pilgrims visiting Tirumala, TTD Executive Officer Sri J. Syamala Rao, along with Additional EO Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary, conducted a detailed inspection across various locations in Tirumala on Saturday evening.


As a part of the visit, the officials examined the plans related towards the modernization of the Central Reception Office. With a future perspective of the pilgrim rush, the EO discussed with officials the possibilities of equipping the CRO with advanced amenities.

He also inspected the newly constructed Pilgrim Amenities Complex-5 and reviewed the facilities including waiting halls, cleanliness, and safety measures, holding discussions with the respective departmental heads.

TTD Chief Engineer Sri Satyanarayana, EE Sri Venugopal, DE Sri Chandrasekhar, Deputy EOs Sri Bhaskar, Sri Somannarayana, Town Planning and Urban Development Special Officer Sri Ramudu, Health Officer Dr Madhusudan, Reception AEO Sri Ashok and others were present during the inspection.

TTD Chairman Congratulates VGO's for Winning Medals in World Police Games

 




TTD VGOs Sri Surendra and Sri Ram Kumar, who won gold and bronze medals in the recently held World Police Games in the USA, on Saturday called on Chairman Sri B.R. Naidu at the latter's Camp Office in Tirumala.

The TTD Chairman congratulated the two security officers on their success, and beholding the reputation of TTD.

TTD Eo Reviews Reforms in Srivari Seva

 





Following the directives of the Honourable CM of AP Sri N Chandrababu Naidu who instructed to enhance the quality of Service in Srivari Seva, the TTD EO Sri J. Syamala Rao, along with Additional EO Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary held a review meeting on the reforms to be brought in the Srivari Seva voluntary system.


The meeting was held at Annamayya Bhavan in Tirumala on Friday.

On this occasion, the EO discussed in length the progress of the developing separate apps for professional Srivari Seva, NRI Seva, and Group Supervisors services that will be launched soon.

The EO instructed the concerned officials to prepare an activity to train the Group Supervisors inviting an experts team from IIM-Ahmedabad. 

He said that efforts should be made to further improve the Srivari Seva as per the instructions of the Honourable CM of AP. 

On this occasion, the IT Department showed the application prepared for the registration of the Group Supervisor through Power Point Presentation. 

Similarly, the EO has directed the Srivari Seva officials to start the NRI and Professional sevas at the earliest and to consult with APNRT to expand NRI services overseas also. 

Transport and IT GM Sri Sesha Reddy, CPRO Dr. T. Ravi, Ashwini Hospital Civil Surgeon Dr. Kusuma Kumari, PRO Kumari. Neelima, IT Manager Sri Nadamuni and other officials participated in this program.

శ్రీవారి సేవ స్వచ్చంద వ్యవస్థలో తీసుకురానున్న సంస్కరణలపై టీటీడీ ఈవో శ్రీ జే.శ్యామలరావు, అదనపు ఈవో శ్రీ సి.హెచ్.వెంకయ్య చౌదరితో కలిసి తిరుమలలోని అన్నమయ్య భవన్ లో శుక్రవారం సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు.


ఈ సందర్భంగా త్వరలో ప్రారంభించనున్న ప్రొఫెషనల్ శ్రీవారి సేవ, ఎన్ఆర్ఐ సేవ, గ్రూప్ సూపర్వైజర్ల సేవల కార్యాచరణ పురోగతి గురించి సుదీర్ఘoగా చర్చించారు.

ఐఐఎం-అహ్మదాబాద్ బృందంచే గ్రూప్ సూపర్వైజర్లకు శిక్షణ ఇచ్చేందుకు కార్యాచరణ రూపొందించాలని ఈఓ ఈ సందర్బంగా సంబంధిత అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. రాష్ట్ర ముఖ్యమంత్రి వర్యులు గౌ.శ్రీ నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు ఆదేశాల మేరకు శ్రీవారి సేవను మరింత ఉన్నతంగా తీర్చి దిద్దేందుకు కృషి చేయాలన్నారు. 

ఈ సందర్బంగా IT డిపార్ట్మెంట్ పవర్ పాయింట్ ద్వారా గ్రూప్ సూపెర్వైసర్ కొరకు రూపొందించిన అప్లికేషన్ ను చూపించారు. అదే విధంగా ఎన్ఆర్ఐ సేవ, Professional సేవలను కూడా త్వరిత గతిన ప్రారంభించాలని, NRI సేవలను విస్తరించేందుకు APNRT సంస్థతో సంప్రదింపులు చేయాలని శ్రీవారి సేవ అధికారులను ఈఓ ఆదేశించారు.

భక్తుల సౌకర్యార్థం భవిష్యత్ అవసరాలను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకొని తిరుమలలో భద్రతా ప్రణాళికలపై ఎల్&టీ సంస్థ ప్రతినిధులతో టీటీడీ ఈవో శ్రీ జే.శ్యామలరావు, అదనపు ఈవో శ్రీ సి.హెచ్.వెంకయ్య చౌదరితో కలిసి శుక్రవారం తిరుమలలోని అన్నమయ్య భవన్ లో సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు.


ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆ సంస్థ ప్రతినిధులు టీటీడీ భద్రతా వ్యవస్థను మరింత ఆధునీకరించడంలో భాగంగా సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానంతో అత్యాధునిక భద్రతా సదుపాయాలపై పవర్ పాయింట్ ప్రెజెంటేషన్ ఇచ్చారు. 

ఇందులో భాగంగా అలిపిరి తనిఖీ కేంద్రం ఆధునీకరణ, అధిక సామర్థ్యం కలిగిన స్కానర్లు, త్వరితగతిన తనిఖీలు పూర్తయ్యేందుకు తీసుకోవాల్సిన చర్యలు, పార్కింగ్ మేనేజ్మెంట్, ట్రాఫిక్ కంట్రోల్, ఇంటిగ్రాటెడ్ సర్వేలన్స్ సిస్టం, కామన్ అలారం మానేజ్మెంట్ సిస్టం, ట్రాఫిక్ ఎన్ఫోర్స్మెంట్ వ్యవస్థ, నో హెల్మెట్ డిటెక్షన్, ఆటోమెటిక్ ట్రాఫిక్ కంట్రోల్ & క్లారిఫికేషన్, కమాండ్ కంట్రోల్ వ్యవస్థ వంటి అంశాలను ఈవోకు సవివరంగా వివరించారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ తిరుమలలో భవిష్యత్తు అవసరాలను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని మరో 40 ఏళ్లకు సరిపడా ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందించాలని అన్నారు. భక్తుల రద్దీ అధికంగా ఉండే రోజుల్లో తీసుకోవాల్సిన చర్యలపై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి పెట్టాలని చెప్పారు. అదే విధంగా దీర్ఘ కాలిక, స్వల్ప కాలిక ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందించాలని L&T ప్రతినిధులను కోరారు.
