నారాయణగిరి శ్రీవారి పాదాల చెంత వేడుకగా ఛత్రస్థాపనోత్సవం divine umbrellas

 






తిరుమలలోని నారాయణగిరి శ్రీవారి పాదాల చెంత బుధ‌వారం ఛత్రస్థాపనోత్సవం వేడుకగా జరిగింది. ఈ సందర్భంగా శ్రీవారి పాదాల వద్ద టిటిడి అర్చక బృందం ప్రత్యేకంగా అలంకరించిన గొడుగును ప్రతిష్టించారు.


ముందుగా తిరుమల శ్రీవారి ఆలయంలో రెండో గంట తర్వాత పూజ సామ‌గ్రి, పుష్పాలు, నైవేద్యం, గొడుగుతో మంగళవాయిద్యాల నడుమ ఆల‌య మాడ వీధుల గుండా మేదరమిట్టకు చేరుకున్నారు. అక్క‌డి నుండి నారాయ‌ణ‌గిరికి విచ్చేశారు. ముందుగా శ్రీ‌వారి పాదాల‌కు తిరుమంజ‌నం చేప‌ట్టారు. అలంకారం, పూజ చేసి నైవేద్యం సమర్పించారు. వేదపారాయణదారులు ప్రబంధ శాత్తుమొర నిర్వహించారు. ఆ త‌రువాత‌ భక్తులకు ప్రసాదాలు పంపిణీ చేశారు.

తిరుమల ఏడుకొండల్లో అత్యంత ఎత్తయిన నారాయణగిరి శిఖరంపై కలియుగంలో శ్రీవేంకటేశ్వరస్వామివారు మొదటగా కాలు మోపినట్టు పురాణాల ద్వారా తెలుస్తోంది. ఈ సందర్భాన్ని పురస్కరించుకుని ద్వాదశి నాడు ఛత్రస్థాపనోత్సవం నిర్వహించారు.

ఈ ఉత్సవానికి మరో నమ్మకం కూడా ఉంది. సాధారణంగా ఈ కాలంలో గాలులు ఎక్కువగా వీస్తాయి. నారాయణగిరి శిఖరం ఎక్కువ ఎత్తులో ఉండడంతో మరింత ఎక్కువగా గాలులు వీస్తాయి. ఈ గాలుల నుంచి ఉపశమనం కల్పించాలని వాయుదేవుని ప్రార్థిస్తూ ఇక్కడ గొడుగును ప్రతిష్టిస్తారు.

ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో శ్రీవారి ఆలయ అధికారులు, అర్చకులు త‌దిత‌రులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

TTD Chairman Inspects SPW Junior Women College

 







TTD Chairman Sri B.R. Naidu on Wednesday directed officials to complete the pending essential works at SPW Junior Women’s College within the stipulated time. He visited the college along with TTD JEO Sri Veerabrahmam and TTD Board Member Sri Bhanuprakash Reddy.


During the inspection, the Chairman said that several issues related to the students had come to his notice. He instructed the officials to address the basic needs of the students on a priority basis. 

Appreciating the serene environment of the college and its impressive pass percentage, Sri B.R. Naidu lauded the efforts of the faculty and management. 

He emphasized that the hostel capacity and accommodation facilities for students must be enhanced, and suggested the following key initiatives:

Improvement of medical facilities

Installation of solar water heaters for hot water

Establishment of an e-learning seminar hall

Necessary repairs in the hostel

Strengthening physical education facilities

He instructed the officials to prepare a comprehensive report on these requirements and formulate an action plan accordingly.

Prior to this, the Chairman inspected the college premises, kitchen, and hostel areas, and later interacted with students and their parents.

TTD DEO Sri Venkata Sunilu, Principal Dr. C. Bhuvaneshwari, SE Sri Manoharam, and other officials were also present.

ఎస్పీడబ్ల్యూ మహిళా జూనియర్ కళాశాలలో అత్యవసరమైన పనులను సకాలంలో పూర్తి చేయాలని టిటిడి ఛైర్మెన్ శ్రీ బీఆర్ నాయుడు ఆదేశించారు. మహిళా జూనియర్ కళాశాల  జేఈవో శ్రీ వి. వీరబ్రహ్మం, టిటిడి బోర్డు మెంబర్ శ్రీ జి. భానుప్రకాష్ రెడ్డి కలిసి బుధవారం ఆయన పరిశీలించారు.


ఈ సందర్భంగా టిటిడి ఛైర్మెన్ మాట్లాడుతూ, మహిళా జూనియర్ కళాశాలలో విద్యార్థినుల సమస్యలు తన దృష్టికి వచ్చాయని, విద్యార్థినులు ప్రాథమిక అవసరాలను యుద్ధ ప్రాతిపదికన పూర్తి చేయాలని అధికారులకు సూచించారు.  కళాశాలలోని సమస్యలను టిటిడి జేఈవో, జూనియర్ కళాశాల ప్రిన్సిపాల్  తన దృష్టికి తీసుకువచ్చారని, వాటి అన్నింటిపై నివేదిక తయారు చేయాలని ఆయన అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. విద్యార్థినులు చదువుకునేందుకు కళాశాల పరిసరాలు చాలా బాగున్నాయన్నారు. అదేవిధంగా ఈ కళాశాలలో ఉత్తీర్ణత శాతం చాలా అద్భుతంగా ఉందని అభినందించారు. 

ముఖ్యంగా కళాశాలలో విద్యార్థినులకు  హాస్టల్ సామర్థ్యాన్ని, వసతి సౌకర్యాన్ని పెంచాలని, వైద్య సౌకర్యాల పెంపు, వేడి నీటి కోసం సోలార్ వాటర్ హీటర్స్, ఈ - లెర్నింగ్ సెమినార్ హాల్ ఏర్పాటు, హాస్టల్ లో మరమ్మతులు, ఫిజికల్ ఎడ్యూకేషన్ సౌకర్యం తదితర అంశాలపై అధికారులు నివేదిక తయారు చేసి కార్యాచరణ సిద్ధం చేయాలని అధికారులకు టిటిడి ఛైర్మెన్ సూచించారు.

అంతకుముందు టిటిడి ఛైర్మెన్ శ్రీ బీఆర్ నాయుడు అధికారులతో కలిసి కాలేజీ పరిసరాలను, వంట గది, హాస్టల్ ప్రాంతాలను తనిఖీ చేశారు. అటు తరువాత విద్యార్థినులు, తల్లిదండ్రులతో ఆయన మాట్లాడారు. 

ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో టిటిడి డిఈవో శ్రీ వెంకట సునీల్, ప్రిన్సిపాల్ డా. సి. భువనేశ్వరి, ఎస్.ఈ శ్రీ మనోహరం తదితరం అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Teppotsavams Commences

 




The annual Teppotsavams commences in Sri Venugopala Swamy temple at Karvetinagaram on Wednesday evening.


As a part of it Snapana Tirumanjanam was held in the morning while the float festival was held in the evening.

On the first evening the Utsava deities blessed devotees in the guise of Ramavatara.

Temple staff, devotees were present.

శ్రీ వేణుగోపాలస్వామివారి తెప్పోత్స‌వాలు ప్రారంభం venugopala swamy

 


కార్వేటినగరం రుక్మిణీ సత్యభామ సమేత శ్రీ వేణుగోపాలస్వామివారి తెప్పోత్స‌వాలు బుధ‌వారం వైభవంగా ప్రారంభ‌మ‌య్యాయి.


ఇందులో భాగంగా ఉద‌యం 9.30 నుండి 10.30 గంట‌ల వ‌ర‌కు స్వామి, అమ్మ‌వార్ల ఉత్స‌వ‌ర్ల‌కు స్న‌ప‌న తిరుమంజ‌నం జ‌రిగింది. ఇందులో పాలు, పెరుగు, తెనే, ప‌సుపు, చంద‌నంల‌తో అభిషేకం చేశారు. అనంత‌రం సాయంత్రం 5 నుండి 6.30 గంట‌ల వ‌ర‌కు తిరువీధి ఉత్స‌వం నిర్వ‌హించారు.

సాయంత్రం 6.30 గంట‌లకు శ్రీ సీతాల‌క్ష్మ‌ణ స‌మేత శ్రీ కోదండ‌రామ‌స్వామివారు తెప్పలపై విహరించి భక్తులకు దర్శనమిచ్చారు.  ఈ మూడు రోజుల పాటు జరుగనున్న తెప్పోత్సవాలలో భాగంగా తెప్పపై స్వామి వారు విహరించనున్నారు.  

ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా హిందూ ధ‌ర్మ‌ప్ర‌చార ప‌రిష‌త్‌, అన్నమాచార్య ప్రాజెక్టు ఆధ్వ‌ర్యంలో ఆధ్యాత్మిక‌, భక్తి సంగీత కార్య‌క్ర‌మాలు నిర్వ‌హించారు.

Sarvadoshapasamana Utsavam Enters Day2 Pavitra Malas Offered

 











The three day annual Pavitrotsavams entered second day on Wednesday and the sacred and colourful Pavitra Malas were offered to the deities on the occasion.


Also known as Sarva Doshopansamana Utsavam, the Pavitrotsavams were in vogue in 15-16 centuries and reinstated from 1962 onwards by TTD.

These Utsavams are of purification in nature and are called by different names like Dosha Nivarana, Sarva Yagna Phalaprada, Sarva Kamaprada, Sarva Tustikara.

The Pavitra Garlands, are woven out of silk threads in blue, green, yellow, red and white and these threads are prepared out of a high grade cotton plant. 

Earlier in the morning Snapana Tirumanjanam was performed to the utsava deities of Sri Malayappa Swamy, Sridevi and Bhudevi and later the Pavitra Malas were decorated to the deities.

The Senior and Junior Pontiffs of Tirumala, TTD EO Sri J Syamala Rao, Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary, Chief Priests of the temple, DyEO Sri Lokanatham and other temple staff, devotees were present.

Divine Umbrella Festival Held

 




The annual Chatrasthapanotsavam fete was observed at Srivari Padalu in Narayanagiri hillock at Tirumala on Wednesday.

As a part of it a new umbrella is installed on the highest peak point of Narayanagiri on the occasion, amidst chanting of Veda mantras and special pujas were offered to the divine feet by the team of religious staff.

Later devotees are allowed for darshan.

Temple officials were also present.
