The Kartika Vanabhojanam will be held on November 16 at Srinivasa Mangapuram.
It is a tradition to hold Vanabhojanam here during the holy month of Kartika.
As part of this, the ceremonial idols of the deities are taken out of the temple in a procession at 7 am and taken to the Parveta Mandapam at Srivari Mettu at 9 am.
The Snapana Tirumanjanam ceremony is observed between 10 am and 11 am. The deities return to the temple in the evening.
Owing to this, the regular Kalyanotsavam Arjitha Seva has been cancelled in the temple.
After Snapanam, the community dining program- Vana Bhojanam is observed.
TTD Executive Officer Sri Anil Kumar Singhal reviewed the functioning of Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel (SVBC) with officials at his chambers in the TTD Administrative Building on Wednesday.
He said that steps are being taken to strengthen SVBC operations to ensure transparency, efficiency, and high-quality broadcasts for devotees worldwide.
The EO directed officials to introduce an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to integrate departments such as human resources, finance, production, supply, and inventory under a single digital platform.
He instructed that all internal approvals and daily operations, which are currently handled through physical files, should be moved to the e-Office system to enhance digital governance and streamline record management.
The EO also suggested appointing a dedicated Accounts Officer from the Government or an autonomous organization to oversee financial matters of SVBC.
SVBC In-charge CEO Sri D. Phanikumar Naidu, FA & CAO Sri O. Balaji and other officials participated in the meeting.

ఈ సందర్భంగా జేఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ, తిరుపతిలో నిర్వహించే దీపోత్సవానికి విస్తృత ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని సంబంధిత అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న భక్తుల కోసం ఎస్వీబీసీ ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని ప్రత్యక్ష ప్రసారం చేస్తుందన్నారు. సాయంత్రం 5.30 గంటలకు వేద స్వస్తితో దీపోత్సవం ప్రారంభమవుతుందని, అనంతరం దీప ప్రశస్తి, విష్వక్సేన పూజ, పుణ్యాహవచనం, విష్ణుసహస్రనామ పారాయణం, మహాలక్ష్మీ పూజ, దీప లక్ష్మి నృత్యరూపకం, గోవిందనామాలు, చివరగా కుంభ హారతితో రాత్రి 8.30 గంటలకు ముగుస్తుందన్నారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమం సజావుగా జరిగేలా అన్ని విభాగాలతో సమన్వయం చేసుకోవాలని ఆదేశించారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ, ఎస్వీబీసీలోని మానవ వనరులు, ఆర్థిక వ్యవహారాలు, ఉత్పత్తి, సరఫరా, నిల్వలు తదితర విభాగాల అంశాలను ఒకే సమగ్ర సాఫ్ట్ వేర్ వ్యవస్థలో సమన్వయం చేసేందుకు సంస్థ వనరుల సమగ్ర ప్రణాళికా వ్యవస్థను (ఎంటర్ ప్రైజ్ రిసోర్స్ ప్లానింగ్) తీసుకురావాలని సూచించారు. అంతేకాక, ఇప్పటి వరకు ఎస్వీబీసీలో ఫైల్స్ ను భౌతికంగా తీసుకువచ్చి రోజువారి, నెలవారీ కార్యక్రమాలకు సంబంధించి అనుమతులు తీసుకుంటున్నారని, ఇకపై తదితర అంశాలను ఈ - ఆఫీస్ ద్వారా నిర్వహించే ప్రక్రియను చేపట్టాలన్నారు. ఈ - ఆఫీస్ ద్వారా సాంకేతికత సేవలను సంస్థలో అమలు చేయడం ద్వారా రికార్డులను పటిష్టంగా, వ్యవస్థలు నిర్మాణాత్మకంగా మార్చవచ్చన్నారు. ఎస్వీబీసీలో ఆర్థిక అంశాలను ఎప్పటికప్పుడు అంచనా వేసేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం నుండి లేదా అటానమస్ సంస్థ నుండి ప్రత్యేకంగా అకౌంట్స్ ఆఫీసర్ ను నియమించాలన్నారు.

టిటిడికి అనుబంధంగా ఉన్న శ్రీనివాసమంగాపురంలోని శ్రీ కల్యాణ వేంకటేశ్వరస్వామి వారి ఆలయంలో నవంబరు 16న కార్తీక వనభోజన కార్యక్రమం జరుగనుంది. ఈ కారణంగా నిత్య కల్యాణోత్సవం ఆర్జిత సేవ రద్దయింది. పవిత్రమైన కార్తీక మాసంలో ఇక్కడ వనభోజన కార్యక్రమం నిర్వహించడం ఆనవాయితీగా వస్తోంది.
ఇందులో భాగంగా ఉదయం 7 గంటలకు స్వామి, అమ్మవార్ల ఉత్సవమూర్తులను ఆలయం నుంచి ఊరేగింపుగా తీసుకెళ్లి ఉదయం 9 గంటలకు శ్రీవారి మెట్టు వద్దగల పార్వేట మండపానికి వేంచేపు చేస్తారు. అక్కడ ఉదయం 10 నుంచి 11 గంటల వరకు స్నపనతిరుమంజనం వేడుకగా నిర్వహిస్తారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా పాలు, పెరుగు, తేనె, చందనం, పసుపు తదితర సుగంధ ద్రవ్యాలతో విశేషంగా అభిషేకం చేస్తారు. ఆ తరువాత అలంకారం, వనభోజనం, సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహిస్తారు. అక్కడి నుండి సాయంత్రం 4 గంటలకు తిరిగి ఆలయానికి చేరుకుంటారు.

District Collector Sri Venkateswar said special arrangements are being planned during procession of Sare on the day of Panchami Theertham on November 25 in the temple city.
District SP Sri Subbarayudu said keeping in view the previous experiences, this women police will be deployed in large numbers to bring awareness among devotees on the last day of Brahmotsavams which happens to be the important day of Panchami Theertham as around 75thousand devotees are expected to take holy bath in Padma Sarovaram-the temple tank.
TTD CV&SO Sri Muralikrishna said, concrete security arrangements have been made to ensure that no untoward incident takes place or cause any inconvenience to the devotees
