Ashtottara Sata Kalasabhishekam and Kalyanotsavam at Sri Kodandarama Swamy Vari Temple on 14th July

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) will conduct Ashtottara Sata Kalasabhishekam and Sri Sita Lakshmana Sameta Sri Kodandarama Swamy Kalyanotsavam with religious fervour at the Sri Kodandarama Swamy Temple, Tirupati, on July 14, marking Amavasya and Punarvasu Nakshatram.

On the occasion of Amavasya, Ashtottara Sata Kalasabhishekam will be performed at 8.30 a.m. Devotees can participate in the seva by purchasing a Rs.500 ticket per couple. Later, Hanumantha Vahana Seva will be held from 7.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m., during which the richly adorned deity will bless devotees while taken in a procession through the four Mada Streets.

On Punarvasu Nakshatram, the birth star of Lord Sri Rama, Sri Sita Lakshmana Sameta Sri Kodandarama Swamy Kalyanotsavam will be performed at 11.00 a.m. Couples can participate with a Rs.500 ticket and will be presented with Uttariyam, Ravike, and Annaprasadam.

Later, at 5.30 p.m., the Utsava deities will be taken in a procession around the four Mada Streets, followed by Unjal Seva at Sri Ramachandra Pushkarini.

TTD has appealed to devotees participating in the Kalyanotsavam to attend in traditional attire.
