శ్రీవారి వార్షిక‌ బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల్లో ఏడో రోజైన సోమవారం తిరుమ‌ల‌లోని నాద‌నీరాజ‌నం, ఆస్థాన మండ‌పంల‌లో టీటీడీ హిందూ ధార్మిక ప్రాజెక్టుల ఆధ్వ‌ర్యంలో నిర్వ‌హించిన ధార్మిక, సంగీత కార్య‌క్ర‌మాలు భ‌క్తుల‌ను విశేషంగా ఆక‌ట్టుకున్నాయి.

ఇందులో భాగంగా నాద‌నీరాజ‌నం వేదిక‌పై ఉదయం 4.30 నుండి 5.30 గంటల వరకు శ్రీ బి.కేశన్న, శ్రీ ఈ.నాగరాజు బృందం మంగళ ధ్వని, ఉదయం 5:30 నుండి 6:30 గంటల వరకు ఎస్వీ ఉన్నత వేద విద్యాధ్య‌య‌న సంస్థ ఆధ్వర్యంలో వేద సందేశం నిర్వహించారు. సాయంత్రం 5.00 నుండి 6.30 గంటల వరకు సికింద్రాబాద్ కు చెందిన డాక్టర్ జయప్రద రామ్మూర్తి బృందం వేణుగానం భక్తులను అలరించింది‌.

ఆస్థాన మండపంలో ఉదయం 7 నుండి 8 గంటల వరకు తిరుపతికి  చెందిన శ్రీమ‌తి ఆర్.అనిత బృందం విష్ణు సహస్రనామ పారాయణం, ఉదయం 10 నుండి 11:30 గంటల వరకు హైదరాబాద్ కు చెందిన శ్రీ‌మ‌తి డాక్టర్ రమాప్రభా యర్రంపల్లి బృందం భక్తి సంగీతం, ఉదయం 11:30 నుండి 12:30 గంటల వరకు వారణాసికి చెందిన ఆచార్య బి.విశ్వనాథ్ భ‌క్తి సందేశం అందించారు.

సాయంత్రం 4 నుండి 5.30 గంటల వరకు తిరుపతికి చెందిన శ్రీ‌ సి.బాల సుబ్రహ్మణ్యం బృందం అన్నమయ్య సంకీర్తనలు భక్తులను అలరించాయి.

సాయంత్రం 5.30 నుండి రాత్రి 7 గంటల వరకు తిరుప‌తికి చెందిన శ్రీ‌మతి జయంతి సావిత్రి బృందం హరికథ గానం చేశారు.

The traditional Chatra Sthapana, or Golden Umbrella Ceremony, was held at the Main Kalyana Katta in Tirumala on Monday evening as part of the Tirumala Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavams, ahead of the Rathotsavam scheduled for September 22.

The age-old tradition is performed on the eve of the Rathotsavam under the supervision of the Kalyana Katta staff. 

According to historical records, it has been continued for centuries by the descendants of Pantulugari in accordance with a Dharmashasanam issued by Chandragiri ruler Sri Srinivasa Mahadeva Rayalu during the time of Sri Krishnadevaraya. 

The offering of a golden umbrella has been continuing since 1952.

The ceremony was led by Pantulugari descendant Sri Pantulugari Ramanathan.

TTD Additional EO Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary, State Nai Brahmin Corporation Chairman Sri Rudrakoti Sadashivam, Kalyana Katta Deputy EO Sri Ramakanth, Superintendents Sri Janakiram and Sri Sudhakar Reddy, and other officials and staff participated.

Braving heavy rains, devotees gathered in large numbers to witness Sri Malayappa Swamy in the enchanting alankaram of Murali Krishna while riding the Chandraprabha Vahanam on Monday night, the seventh day of the ongoing annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Venkateswara Swamy at Tirumala.

Despite the rain, the Srivaru (followed by Ghatatopam-moving Shelter) blessed devotees amid elaborate arrangements made by TTD for the safety and convenience of pilgrims.

According to tradition, the Chandraprabha Vahanam is believed to dispel the three kinds of afflictions—Adhyatmika, Adhibhautika and Adhidaivika—and provide spiritual solace to devotees.

Sri Sri Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swamy, Sri Sri Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamy of Tirumala, TTD EO Sri Muddada Ravichandra, Additional EO Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary, CVSO Sri Muralikrishna, several Board Members and other officials participated in the vahana seva.

చంద్రుడు శివునికి శిరోభూషణమైతే ఇక్కడ శ్రీహరికి వాహనంగా ఉండడం విశేషం. చంద్రప్రభ వాహనంపై స్వామిని చూడగానే భక్తుల మనసు ఉప్పొంగుతుంది. భక్తుల కళ్లు వికసిస్తాయి. భక్తుల హృదయాల నుండి అనందరసం స్రవిస్తుంది. ఆధ్యాత్మిక, ఆదిభౌతిక, ఆది దైవికమనే మూడు తాపాలను ఇది నివారిస్తుంది.

During the ongoing Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavams, temple priests, Vedic reciters, vahanam bearers, melam staff, and other employees were presented with clothes on Monday.

Jaggampeta MLA and the TTD Board Member Sri Jyothula Nehru and his spouse voluntarily sponsored the clothes. 

TTD Additional EO Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary distributed the garments at Vaibhavotsava Mandapam in Tirumala.

While Tirumala was immersed in the grandeur of Brahmotsavam celebrations, a race against time was unfolding on the road from Guntur to Tirupati where a

14-year-old girl at Sri Padmavathi Children’s Heart Centre (SPCHC), TTD, successfully underwent the heart transplantation.

The heart was donated by the family of a 38-year-old man who was declared brain-dead following a road accident.

Four Hours, One Precious Mission:

With no air ambulance available, the TTD Transport Department carried the donor heart by road. The vehicle left Guntur at around 3 p.m. on September 20 and reached SPCHC by 7 p.m.

Physician Assistant Vijay and Perfusionist Shyam Babu accompanied the heart throughout the journey, ensuring its safe and timely transfer through constant coordination with the transplant team.

A New Heart, A New beginning:

The multidisciplinary team at SPCHC successfully completed the eight-hour transplant under the coordination of Dr. N. Srinath Reddy, Director, SPCHC. 

The surgical team was led by Chief Cardiac Surgeon Dr. Dipesh Trivedi, with Dr. Madhu Yadav and the cardiac anaesthesia team providing specialised care.

The child is now under intensive post-transplant monitoring. 

The procedure marks the 27th heart transplant performed at SPCHC.

The transplant became possible because one grieving family chose to give the gift of life.

Their decision, supported by the medical, transport and organ donation teams, has given a young girl the chance to begin a new life all again.
